Subway

Very bad staff. They can’t provide food which i like. I am less satisfied with this service. They are not talking with customers in right way. Please use another subway.

I eat foodlong today and the subway staff tell me u got only 3 sauces while other subways give atleast 4-5 but this subway not give good service.
Also the staff of the subway is very rude and less knowledge. I request the subway please change staff or update something good for people.
I never eat subway from this store.

Employees are so rude they don't know how to talk with customers. Will definitely complaint to corporate team.

Apparently they charge for beetroot. $2 for a couple of pieces when you can purchase a 425g tin from Coles for $1.75. They mix it among the other salads and don't tell you until you go to pay. Modern day con. It's been a little while since I've eaten at Subway and I can guarantee I won't be back again.

I haven’t had a bad sandwich from here yet. Best and most consistent subway that I have been to recently.

I asked one of guy here for multigrain bread as my home country gives multigrain bread but rather than answering politely he replied me very rudely and also was shouting on me by saying why are you on phone. He didn’t even gave me time to choose the bread and said you are wasting time.
I have never seen such service staff in my life.

I had very bad experience. I ordered footlong. And customer service was very poor. Even they did not put enough quantity of salad overall, its not worthy

Manager is a awesome bloke well communicated fella knows how to keep happy at the job not just for himself but for customers making happier as well

Your staff member Neha was been rude while serving today 05/09/2022 at 04: 15 p.m, I know it’s so stressed to work in a fast moving space, even I do work somewhere like that but if you can’t deal with it leave the job and please make your staff wear name badges. She’s very rude I never visit again thank you.

Very poor Service. Why were they so rude to me i still don’t get it. Please don’t visit that store if you don’t want to make your day bad.

Incredibly unhelpful and rude young girl making my sub. She was very hard to understand and I had to repeat myself because she didn’t listen to what I asked for. There are lots of other food places around, including other subways. Do yourself a favour and go to one of them.

They have this lady with dyed red hair there who is extremely rude. First look I thought she was on drugs as she ran around the kitchen unsafely. Incredibly unprofessional and bogan store do not recommend if you want decent customer service.

There was one India girl and her behavior was too rude. When we asked can you please put it in carry bag she throw carry bag towards us.

Small sized serving. Even footlong bread is smaller (toner) than other subways. Not so good. Not recommended

Your store manager Tony chased and pinned down a CHILD for stealing a cookie. The child was restrained so hard they couldn’t breathe and they ended up vomiting from the restraint. This is disgusting behaviour. He pinned down a CHILD over A COOKIE! This photo doesn’t do the event justice but it’s all I have.

Went with my grandmother for lunch, the staff seemed lovely, until we realised we were short changed, friday (29-5-21)
Luckily we kept the receipt, which has the girls name on it, who panicked wwhen confronted.
Having ran one before I know it's a franchise, will let head office know about lack of care, and a girl pocketing change.

Great subs with plenty of toppings, very friendly staff and quick service time. Best subway in the CBD.
