13No bread and it’s only 5.18pm, salad area is a mess. Person who was on is by her self and is quite slack. Won’t be coming here again
They rather serve uber over standing waiting customer's and the blond short hair dude or chick thing was plain out rude!
Went to the Subway at the OTR Hillbank.
Ask for 5 subs. The young lady behind the counter said in future order an hour in advance and as a party platter. But I suppose I can make them now. It's 5 subs. We walked out with out the subs. What a rude young lady. There were no customers in the store at all.
The staff here seem to care more about making the food well than being customer service bots, love it
I could almost live in a Subway and the food here was very crisp and fresh. The overall site was a little noisy which made it harder to hear the softly spoken young lady, but I didn't care as she makes a great Subway.
They would get 5 star if they and some other staff wore a mask. We have to so so should they.
Came here waiting for my train for some lunch, missed my train, the store had more sick people than a train, got fired form my job becaused I missed that train.
I miss my train.
A handy little location for the locals, sometimes you just need a sub! Good staff, friendly and efficient.
Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I had to wait forever for the one woman working there to even come out the front and serve me. Then she made the worst quality sub I have ever seen. We must be on salad rations Australia. Subway Has gone down the toilet. 7: 00pm 22/4/2020
Every single person I get served by is so lovely and welcoming. Best experience here every time.
The man serving were kind a nice, store was clean.
But had to wait a while because only one person was serving.
The subway restaurants in otrs are never as good as the privately owned ones but this would be one of the better otr subways i think

Assistant manager arguing with me because i said no jalapenos and olives she said no you said onion i said no i said olives no you said onion? Going on like back and forth 5-6 times
? Really assistant manager? Come on, I am in retail and customer is not always right but i dont argue with my customers! Still cant belive it:)
