Subway

Person behind the counter had no idea what they were doing, clearly new with noone there to help them. Half the salad that is generally used.on a footlong. Slow service and generally not a good customer experience.

Staff need to read the order's correctly. Salad and cheese not put on the subs plus need to check if subs are fresh or toasted.

Terrible attitude of staff and extremely poor hygiene. When I went to order a sub, the 'sandwich artist' was doing something and she didn't wash her hands and straightaway put on the transparent disposable gloves. I pointed out to her that she hadn't washed her hands to which she lied and said she just did. While she was making my sandwich, there was an uber delivery guy who came to pick up a sub, she just left my sandwich half made and went about packing the sub for the uber guy. She touched the till, the freezer door, the drinks machine etc.while wearing the plastic gloves, and came back and started making my sandwich with the same gloves.
All this time she completely ignored another customer who was standing there patiently for several minutes, she did not even acknowledge her presence. This 'sandwich artist' had the personality of a brick wall.
Absolutely disgusting service, not going back there ever.

Really nice subway to visit. I like subways in general however the staff was speedy and carefully listened to my order. Location was good plus it is located within a service station.plenty of seating. Worth a visit.

Very friendly, polite female served us. They're as good as any Subway I've been to with the added bonus of never closing! The staff member did mention they will only close due to emergencies like someone going home sick and they can't replace them.

Did not have the best experience here twice now, staff did not listen correctly to the order. Hopefully they improve their service.

One lazy staff told me subway is not open in the early morning while all the food preps are in there. Suggest Subway should mark 24H signs like other restaurants

The sandwich artist was spot on in her recommendation of the sause to get. She made a mean sandwich!

Pasadena Subway in OTR. The attitude of the girl serving in the morning 6am is appalling. Thought it was a once off, but have come in multiple times and received the same attitude

Jade the Manager smile won’t go astray. Why so serious. I stood there waiting and she ignored me for a bit. No other customers around. Tried to make a conversation and got zero words. Dry as the bread there

Helpful, friendly staff who actually listened to what I was after. Seating available inside the store. Was quite busy, but enough staff to handle it.
