31Ordered on menu log as i have done many times before, they accepted my order the driver was at the restaurant and then they cancelled my order with no explanation.
I've ordered two footlongs and they gave me very much cold and messy food. Even the behaviour of the staff was very rude at that time. This was my very bad experience with the subway. Really not happy with customer service and food. I've ordered a total amount of around $ 30 but all go waste due to cold messy food and rude behaviour. Never try this again.

Very unexpected and ruff behaviour
Terrible. Ordered on there website, wait waited 3 hours for my delivery, which never turned up, rang 20 times and no answer. Drove there for them to say we don't have a driver and our phone dosnt work. Useless. Also to offer a refund and never receive the refund. Sorry but that's not good enough.
Manager of this shop, you got a Gem of a staff there tonight. I am a Disability support worker and I took my client here tonight for dinner. And my client was short of about 2dollars and I didn’t have any cash with me either. The girl at the register was so kind and she covered the rest of the payment. She chose kindness, its so refreshing to see these acts of kindness and this totally made my day.
I walked into the Ingle farm one and walked.out as the preparing bench looked very messy and un hygenic.never seen it containers full and looking fresh.
The young lad Lucas served me tonight (5/6/23). You could tell he was still new but he was very friendly and the quality of my subway didn’t change.
The girls he was working with were being a bit silly and didn’t even acknowledge me when I first walked to the counter. They just yelled at him to come serve me instead. Not very welcoming.
But Lucas was wonderful!
What's not to like fresh bread rolls wraps etcetera choice of fillings reasonable range of drinks and prepared in front with total control over contents
Been getting subway here for years. Did not get it tonight. Ordered 3 footlongs. The server did not cut through the rolls and proceeded to tear them apart leaving the tops with large tears in them. Told them to forget it I will go else where.
Great customer service, the workers here are very friendly and will have a conversation with you. My order was perfect and made correctly. Lovely workers would definitely come here again!

Just ordered my usual large veggie salad with avocado. The person only filled the bowl halfway, which is unusual as other Subways fill the bowl. I asked for more salads, however i felt awkward having to ask for what I paid for. After asking for more he only filled it 3/4 full. Very disappointing and unfullfilling lunch. The salad section was also very messy and the salads did not look fresh. This review is for Subway at Ingle Farm Shopping Centre.
I wanted subway. I've been hankering for it all day.
I was initially put off by the amount of customers already lined up but they seemed to be moving steadily. The staff are pleasant. The store was clean and tidy.
I soon had my chicken teryaki wrap, which was delicious. Thanks guys.
Salads were rotten. When I showed staff how disgusting it was. I did not get a replacement meal or an apology. Never returning.
I had a trainee who didnt know the difference between onion and carrots it took forever to talk her through my order until another girl took over and apologised
I ordered the vegetarian subway but unfortunately the staff uses the same gloves for veggies and the non veg items, they also use the same knife to cut the footlong into half. They didn't respected me being vegetarian. When I pointed them about this they changed the glove, but they had already used in 2 veggies. This looks like their normal routine.
After not going to subway for at least a year, I stopped in here and got the usual meatball sub and it was amazing. Everything was perfect and the staff were great. The price was a shock for me, again after not going to subway for a year, when she told me the total, footlong sub, cookies and a drink i thought really! What a bargain. That price for that amount of food, and good food to, blew me away. We're going to be going back into this subway whenever we're working on that side of town.
Had an issue with our order through ‘Door Dash’ and so we didn’t get all our food delivered due to a technical difficulty. Anyway after calling up the store and explaining the situation, a man named ‘Todd’ dealt with the situation fast and with politeness.
Anyway after getting credited back through Door Dash and re-ordering through the store- the staff made the best turkey footlong I’ve ever had! Lol and they put in an extra drink and 3 cookies as well in our order which was so lovely!
Also wrote a cute little note on the bag saying thank you for giving them another shot! ️
Handled very well and will be back for that Turkey Sub! Lol

I have been eating here since 1 year and always loved it. But yesterday I ordered through menulog a veggie delight salad with avacado without tomato and guess what they forgot to add? "AVACADO". Avacado is literally there in the name. And obviously they added tomatoes which I hate. When I called the store a lady picked up and she said sorry I don't know about it I didn't make it.seriously? She was polite though and asked me to make a free one next time I was in shop. But I was hungry that time. Very disappointed.
Always lovely to get a little message on the bag, my kids have said youse are always nice, my son also said you made his subway just the way he wanted it
