33They had some issues with bread and so we agreed we would make the other catering platter a wrap one and she was so kind to give us a cookie platter for our time waiting I will go back there for catering again
Went into store to order 2 gluten free wraps, I was informed that they only had 1 as the rest where frozen. Fair enough. And they didn't offer to wipe down benches first either like other stores do.
I ordered my usual order and the young dude who was making it has it rolled up and he put it in the grill then he took it back out becuase it "fell apart", he was trying for several mins to wrap it up and the wrap was taring and he was making a mess of it, I said I don't want that mate, yet he kept trying to fix it, then he goes do you want a sub, I said well no I'm ordering a gluten free wrap because I can't have gluten, (he looked at me like he had no clue what I was talking about. Then I said look just give me a refund becuase I'm not paying for that, for them to put it through but refuse to put it back on my card and only give me cash, even though I requested it.
Disgusting service from the moment I walked in. Not once did they apologise for any of it.
Worker in shop but it wasn’t even open at 9 am I waited outside for 7 minutes. I’m confused why they even have a sign saying it opens at 9 am when I have to go to work at a certain time and can’t be standing around
As a Diabetic I have to be very careful about what I eat. 315kj so very happy and I can pick my salad and the chicken and salad was so fresh and delicious it beats kfc hungry jacks and maccas hands down and most of the other take aways.so if you are Diabetic or just watching what you eat then you can't go past subway.so do yourself a favour and try subway. I ordered a toasted chicken teriyaki wrap, which was cold.
I also bought 6 macadamia and chocolate which were not cooked - they were doughy
Please learn how to read your uber eats dockets. Everyime I select tomato sauce for our sons sub he always gets sliced tomato and no sauce.
Not sure of their names but there were 3 young girls working who absolutely smashed through customers like it was nothing one in particular on the register was a legend with her great customer service. Will be back again:)
Loved the food, as you have more of a choice what you want.
Subs, wraps, and sub boxes are my fav, as well as my wife's.
I have discovered recently that there is a "lemon, lime and bitters" drink available which I love.
Mid range prices, as far as takeout goes.
Quite easy to click and collect.
Excellent service by the young lady who served me, unfortunately I can't remember her name.
Honestly the worst service i have ever had.completely skipped my partner in line for the people behind them. The person who served was clearly a trainee with no direction from her fellow co-workers at all. Was left for 5 minutes waiting to pay the food we just ordered on top of it all. Overall was not impressed by the stores workers today.
Always miss order notes on deliveries. Every. Single. Time… how hard is it to get an order right?
The worst experience i ever had.the girls were serving customers and one of the girl served me with no interest at all.i asked for something and she started making faces pretending can't understand.i repeated myself then she again made face and got me so furious and left with no food. DO NOT VISIT THIS OUTLET.

Worst subway experience ever. They made subs that were burnt black and crispy. And they didn't offer to re make them until I pointed it out. From placing my order to leaving the store was 13.5 mins for 3 subs. It's unreal.the girl that served me was nice enough. I have never in over 20 years had a bad experience at subway. I left the store very annoyed
The two Young girls you had on this morning 15/5/2022 done their job absolutely outstanding! Very professional and well mannered. The young girl who served me asked very appropriate questions regarding nut allergies which I haven't had else where! Keep up the great professionalism girls and you will be going places in the future
Food was good (despite being poorly slapped together) but the customer service was terrible, rude, and rushed, staff member wanted to get rid of me as fast as possible and even assumed what cheese I wanted before I told her.
Hands down the best subway in the area. They actually fill the bowl when you get a salad. They mix the salad ingredients so it's easier to eat. Fantastic staff!
Worst subway I ever had. I ordered online. Half of the ingredients were missing in my subway. Rest of half were not fresh. No sauce even though I asked for sweet chilli.
Seriously staff needs lots of the training.
Not going there again and asking friends to not go there again too.
A lovely lunch today. Snack packs of prawns and calamari, delicious and a huge serve! The restaurant was clean, the serving staff delightful.
Staff are amazing very sweet and serve immediately. Greet me nicely as soon I step through the door. Never a long wait
