Had birthday recently and visited with a birthday voucher. Had small coke and choc cookies along with my chicken footlong. My cats enjoyed the chicken as well.
This place they have great sandwiches it's always hot and one time I even got a free drink the bread and the cookies are always fresh and it has a great atmosphere.over all great sandwich shop
I ordered Uber eats, I ordered a 6” sub but got given a 12” by accident. They wrote me a lovely message explaining why and even wrapped it separately ‘so I can save it for later’. I just want to say thank you and how delicious it was!
Very poor customer service. Waited for 5 minutes on a Saturday morning to be served and was ignored by staff in an empty store.
They messed up my online order. I ordered a 12” but got given a 6”, made me stand there waiting to be served to fix it even though there was only one other customer, while 2 people made 1 sandwich and 2 brought chairs in and then when they “finally” went to remake it, one of them actually made their own first to take home and made me wait another 5 minutes before they even started my redo. Seemed like children without a manager to lead. They close at 8pm but everyone was done for the day when I came in at 7: 15.
I received great customer service from the 2 girls at Subway today. I ordered a 6 inch veggie sub and the first question was “ would you like me to change my gloves”? So respectful to my dietary choices. Never have I been offered this before I was so impressed. They were both smiling and happy considering the grey weather outside. Definitely recommend visiting this site as my sun was delicious and very full of fillings.
Half the salads goes on the white paper when they try to transfer the cut sub onto the green paper which I don't like
Who knew a 6 inch could bring me that much pleasure, i was served by a freakishly tall hot man who made me of the best subs ive ever had in my life.
Not happy at all! I like Subway and they are my go to fast food as a relatively healthy option. Anyway, I had ordered "chicken stripes" footlong by uber eats and what I got was "chicken classic" which is basically chicken patty! So I wanted to eat something relatively healthy (simple non processed chicken breast) and I ended up eating a mixture of starch, preservatives, carbs and low quality chicken parts that doesn't even remotely taste like chicken!

I personally hate jalapeños. The person after me asked for jalapeños and the staff that was making my sandwich, grabbed some jalapeños and sprinkled onto the persons sandwich. Than of course the staff touched my sandwich with the same glove that was holding the jalapeños. Now my footlong tastes jalapeños.
Don't mind subway I buy pizza melt 5.600 coke under 10 put it is a 6 inch that's way 5 dollers under 10dollers I am happy
Unimpressed.one of my girls was very upset upon her return from the store, as she ordered online and was mocked by employees, and they talked right in front of her.appalled!
The manager and one employee were wearing a mask over their mouths and not covering their nose. Not only are they putting themselves at risk but customers too. WE ALL SHOULD KNOW BY NOW HOW TO WEAR A MASK. The employee was clearly in a mood as well.
Staff was rude acted like it was a effort to take your order.the subway was cold and dry even tho toasted worst meal I have had in s subway
Absolutely rude staff and when complaint made to manager, the manager had the same appalling attitude.
I feel sorry for the owner, to have such horrible staff working there.
Took a last minute platter order when no one else would and had a smile on their face all the while.
Friendly staff, fresh salads, quick service and a modern store.
Definitely the best subway in the area!
