18 I ordered a jaffle and it didn’t come toasted, cheese was unmelted and in its shape.
Ordered cookies and they gave us the wrong on.
I tried calling and no answer, so I called the otr and no answer aswell. The phones are disconnected apparently?
Ordered on Menulog and still not arrived after hours and I trying to call for this subway Seaton and no call back for many times. No luck. This subway Seaton is terrible!
The lady "ALPHONSA" she is very rude person, she doesn't know how to treat the customers? !
Totally wastage of time came two times in the subway making Uber deliveries all the time they should handle the customers firstly who are time in line instead of taking order online
We take the kids here alot and could not normally say a bad word other staff are great happy and professional but twice now we have had shocking customer service experience rude and unprofessional they slapped together subs that we had to fix before eating and even had 1 lady rolling her eyes at customers.
Take way to long on uber eats guy swore at me over the phone when I asked to cancel my order after waiting for an hour and a half. No good!
Located inside the OTR, on Tapleys Hill Rd. Staff is efficient and friendly. Open till late. Limited parking available on the side of the building.
Re: Seaton Subway. I ordered my Subway tuna salad through Door Dash. Waited for more an hour to take my pills before going to bed. I tried to eat my order but it's wayyy too salty. It looks like they just put the entire bottle of salt and pepper on my food. I was so upset as I already waited for more than an hr for it then my oder has been mishandled by someone who probably in a hurry to go home. See photos. I will never order from this Subway again. Ordered a breakfast sub on ubereats.half an hour later the order is accepted.an hour later it's still being prepared! Try to contact the store and the phone is off.if I could give you zero stars I would!
It’s not the best subway for service. Don’t get delivery otherwise you might fade from hunger before it arrives.
Worst subway I’ve been to, been here twice they always skim on everything and take forever. Would not recommend!
At every Subway restaurant I have ever visited, they heat the chicken on a chicken schnitzel sub so it is cooked thoroughly. On multiple occasions now this has been an issue and when raised to the staff, they simply do not take any notice. The end result is an uncooked piece of chicken on a poorly made sub. Will not be returning again.
Ordered through Uber: if I was watching them make this in store I would have walked out after even looking at the quality of the meat and salad options.
I am a big fan of Subway, especially while on an "intense diet"- its the only thing I can order it to enjoy a dinner with my partner even if I do have to only have 1/4 of the salad and measure the meat intake but that was not needed this time: NOTHING was fresh, NOTHING was tasteful, NOTHING was prepared properly.
SALAD;
I have had subway salads a lot never has all the meat been on the bottom so of course none has sauces on it! None of the veggies were fresh, it tasted like 3 day old salad and was inedible. I paid extra for extra meat and that was not received. Not even the turkey tasted fresh, I know its not an easy meat to keep fresh but that was disgusting.

dry, old salads, not even cut, NOT EVEN WRAPPED PROPERLY so upon opening barely anything was even in the sandwich- it was just a catastrophe.
Staff didnt even put cutlery in as requested, NOR DID THEY EVEN PUT THE SALAD IN THE BAG? It was a loose item. Salads fit in the uber bags with ease. Simply take the sub out and put the salad on the bottom but this must be too much rocket science for staff who cant even wrap a sub, make a salad properly or determine the quality of their products.
I found this place to be clean and the staff very attentive and polite. Food was fresh and well presented. Loved the frozen drinks.
If I could give an negative star I would. Waste of time coming here. Working nights must be tough as making sandwhiches! With the attitudes the staff show, it is enough to simply walk out. Long wait time, poor customer service and presentation is substandard. Will not be returning.
