Recently ordered some platters for a party, beautifully made and ready on time. Thanks guys!

Came to subway with a large order and the staff happily took it and worked well as a team to get them all done quickly despite being super busy. All team members were super lovely. It was a pleasant experience and I’ll will be back for sure!

Absolute trash customer service from Angus. He wasn't even making my sub!

Unbelievably rude tone and repulsive attitude. Never coming back even for a napkin. They don't deserve my business.

His smart Alec answers were unnecessary and could have been explained in a friendly way. I thought he was the owner or manager the way he was speaking. Found out he just works there lol. He should be replaced easily. Not good for business Sharan.

Clean and efficient service and environment. Very friendly staff and you can tell they are passion about creating sandwiches and their work environment.
Generous portion! Will recommend and come back!

Filthy: everything was crawling with flies. The counter, the meat, the salads. EVERYTHING.

The girl serving was impressed how one of the flies "was carrying it's child on it's back". She didn't realize the flies were mating on the bread rolls.

I didn't place an order.

Filthy even by third-world standards.

Very rude customer service from the young girl behind the counter argued with me that the carton of drink I bought was not out of date. Gave me attitude when I asked for a new one, said I was being rude to her. I won't be returning. She needs to be taught customer service skills before she scares off all your customers.

Quite inexpensive.
Feels crowded But not through a fault of Costco! Have a lot of customers who apparently think this is the place to catch up and stand the whole aisle full.
Will look at shopping there at other times.

They always make a good structured sub. They don't throw the salads on like some other places. I enjoyed my neat sandwich here.

Went there few days ago, Food was good but the senior staff member was not behaving well. Not coming back again.

Sandwich were excellent but I had bad experience with the old senior staff who wears black tshirt, she was so rude and shouting at me because I had a big order.one of the staff came and assisted me.

Best subway I’ve been too, staff are so lovely and they make the best quesadillas would recommend

Was an amazing experience, the staff were very friendly, especially one of the new trainees! (The one in particular that served me, was named luke) It's great to know our young members of community show such respect and pride in their work. Although still new he was great to talk to and followed the requests for my sub PERFECTLY. Very pleased

I'm quite the self proclaimed subway connoisseur and i must say, this place is the top subway that i have been to (EVER)! I was served by daniel last weekend and his sub making skills are phenomenal BUT nothing compares to his AMAZING customer service skills! Even in the bustling environment, we shared a laugh (which really brightened up my day). THANK YOU SUBWAY GOLDEN GROVE

We love Golden Grove Subway. Even though we had missing items from our order subway made sure we were satisfactorily compensated. They have fantastic customer service and amazing food.

More like a 2.5. The 2.5 goes towards the food, the food is pretty good and I quite enjoy it. The lost 2.5 goes to the staff. I have been told they are usually nice however, the staff member that served me this morning and made my order wasn't. Came rushing around the corner and did not even greet me, just asked what I wanted. Gave off the impression I was a nuisance when I wasn't following her down the cue as I needed to check in. I wasn't holding people up either as there was nobody was behind me. Sorry I didn't want to receive the $1200 fine and have you guys get a huge fine for not having me check in. Once my order was done, she tossed it on the bench and walked away quickly again. I understand that staff can be busy, however that should not impact customer service skills

Friendly staff and they do the hot grilled wraps in the BEST possible way! All wrapped up nicely & doesn’t make a mess

Worst subway i've been to. Went there on a Saturday afternoon, and they said that they have no italian herbs and cheese breads.so i just left in disappointment and went to subway hope valley. RECOMMEND the guy who served me, alex i think it was, was very nice and kind. SCREW GG HOPE VALLEY has me going back over and over again!

Plenty of seating. Well maintained and accessible restaurant. Friendly staff and well made Subways. Popular with families especially on weekends.
