Briar was the loveliest subway employee i have dealt with in a very long time, great positive attitude and this is coming from an ex subway worker

Incredibly poor service from the girl with short black hair. Waited 5-10 minutes to be served when there was nobody there, only after we knocked loudly on the cabinet. Very quiet and rude, was unaware of their own menu items, and put absolutely zero effort into wrapping our sandwiches. Lazy and does not care about customer service or her job.

The guy working on nights is amazing. If superhero flash worked at subway, I'm sure what it would look like after seeing this guy. Super fast, super clean, changed gloves, made me 3 footlongs in hardly a few minutes. He memorised all the salads and sauces in a go. I've been to this subway many times but I'm always disappointed at the rude and late service given here but this time i was super happy to see the welcoming and speed service. He made me feel I'm getting the best deal. If you want your food in under 2 minutes go to Subway. It was faster than a drive through. I really appreciate the service from Manish.

As you'd expect a subway to be. Clean, fast and tasty. It is joint with a fuel station so good to fuel the car and yourself

Stirling SA. The lettuce leaves were going brown, the lady claimed they were fresh on the day (looked 2-3 days old) and declined to change the lettuce.

This 5 star review is for whoever made my Uber eats subway with EXTRA pickles at 2am on the 11th of December.

Ordered through uber where I got a toasted teriyaki chicken subway where I asked specifically for carrot and cheddar. Didn’t get teriyaki chicken got plain chicken strips with a sauce I didn’t order. The cheese was not cheddar and there was no carrot. The subway was also not toasted at all. Very disappointing as only the tomato, bread and lettuce was correct.

We waited 8 minutes for a person to serve us and no one else was ordering. The ladies at the counter were talking to each other and not asking us for our order and when they did, the we're really quiet

I have never written a review before but my experience was beyond disappointing.there was four of us ordering and it took longer 25min! With very basic orders and we were the only ones there.we ordered 4 subs and 2 chipotle quesadillas.the girl working there was lovely but obviously new and needed guidance.there was another guy working with her but didn’t help her at all, just stood in the back.she eventually went and asked for help as she didn’t know how to make the chipotle quesadillas and the veggie sub.all he said was “just put veggies in it” and did one of the quesadillas for her.i found this to be quite rude as she simply needed help and he couldn’t even give her the decency to explain and learn from him.after spending two seconds with her “helping” he went back into the back area even though we still had 3 more of us waiting to order.when we come home to eat our food we realised that both of the quesadillas were made with no chipotle even though it’s literally in the name (and the “experienced” guy made it) and the other one came with no capsicum so it only had cheese and onion.in the end im not blaming anyone but there needs to be major improvements to the customer service.management needs to set up their employees for success and from the “training” i saw today it wasn’t even close.

This is the 2nd time I have had to wait excessively for the young lady, with pink hair, to even notice that I was at the counter waiting to be served. She seemed more interested in stocking the fridge than serving her customers. Not happy not sure if I will back or not

Received a badly made sub with half the usual amount of ingredients, and they were less than fresh

The night subway staffer. Makes your sandwich like she couldn't care less. Throws The food together if she can't get the Mayo out the bottle after three bangs on the counter then Toooooo bad your not getting Mayo. Never puts a nough salad on she just chucks bits together and that's that. There you go.next.

Ignored my requests for salad. Added lettuce without me saying so, and pepper. Also got my cookie request wrong. Very poor communication and customer service overall.

Had a sub and it was the worst sub I ever had. The meat tasted weird. The salad looked old and tasted bad. It ended up in the bin. The only thing I had was the drink unfortunately. The shop is good with good variety. The gas station is good too.

Large Coffee at $5.20 is Massive! Equivalant to having to Medium Coffees in a coffee shop! The coffee itself tasted decent and absolutely great value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful battling the public holiday away.
