Very friendly girl who over filled our subway to the brim! Very filling and delicious. Thank you!

Staff told me to go in to pay for Fuel 1st. No instruction on bowser.
In Subway male staff ignored me & continued his task at counter opposite me. I waited to be acknowledged-I wasn't, so I left. Won't go back.ever!

Staff are stingey with everything compared to other Subway restaurants.
Only one third of the meat, cheese and salads on a sub. Won't be coming back here

It took at least 40 minutes to get an incomplete salad.

Only one person on.
Five minutes to make each sandwich.
Had run out of some ingredients.
Limited range of drinks.
Stopped making sandwiches, mid sandwich, for customers in store to do online orders.

On the positive side.
Took hygiene seriously.
Was very apologetic.

Please get your staff to follow basic hygiene. There us a guy there that has never brushed his teeth in his life (clearly) its extremely off putting and makes me wonder about his house keeping skills. Not great!

Limited Staff but friendly. The food is a hit a miss unfortunately. Sometimes it’s great and fresh sometimes not so. Needs a clean more often but hard to do when busy and only one attendant rostered to do everything themselves at peak times.

Literally I can count the fillings in a foot long sub

1 - Jalapeño
1 - onion slice 6 layers separated
4 - leaves
5 - cucumber
8-10 - olives
Pinch of - shredded lettuce and carrots

Sick and burnt bread,

They didn't know how to wrap, then got food poisoning afterwards so cleanliness seems to be an issue or poor quality product was used.

Ordered subway and they forgot to put sauces, theres none… what a joke… disappointed…. Management should take action on it if they respect customers.

Worst experience ever.was waiting for so long… and he made the veggie subway with the same gloves that he used for making non-veg subway (cultural concern). And i said toasted subway which means i want to eat that hot, but after toasting it he started making someone else’s subway and my subway went totally cold. Badest experience…

Nice Subway foot long sandwich, convenient and the location inside the OTR is really handy when filling up petrol. Had been serve by a helpful staff that explains what's in the subs and includes the meal deal.

This subway has always been my go-to place for sandwiches and cookies, and it will still be like that for as long as I live in this area. However, the quality of food you're getting depends on the staff that's present. Even that can vary sometimes, and they also keep changing staff. But overall, I've gotten way more good services than bad which makes the trip there somewhat fun as I don't know what sort of service I'll get for that day. Cleanliness of the place could improve, especially around the mayo area and utensils. I do worry about that sometimes as I don't want to get food poisoning.

Bad service. Was waiting to be served and the staff was counting the till for 10 minutes. Left with nothing after long wait.

Really lovely staff that are keen to have a chat. Great quality subs up there with my go to subway chains. Quick service at peak hours.

Staff member didn't make what i want. I cant remember the name. He put the sauce he wants, not what i wanted.

Next time please don’t cough into your glove while mid way into making my subway roll then continue to make it without change your gloves first. Cmon seriously?

No matter what time of the day or night I visit this Subway, have to wait ages to get entertained. The subway staff is always preparing online orders and asked you to wait even after preparing the order and prioritise the other online orders if they have remaining.

Most definitely the best Subway hands down! Always extremely clean, lovely staff and they fill the toppings well. Thanks so much!

Actually, main concern is your staff don't know how to serve food in hygiene way.
Touching mask (wearing) with glove while preparing order (food).
This is not acceptable. As i don't like to create a seen, while business happening!
Bythe way i asked you customer service representative. Why did you touch the mask while preparing order? He rudely replied "whats the problem".
