Good Subway, Excellent customers, Especially Noah he was very kind to me and he was very interested in my 24 cookies and my egg, bacon, cheese and tomato sauce sandwich.
Received the worst service I’ve ever had at this venue today. I walked in at 6pm to eye rolls from both girls working. I thought maybe I’d come just before closing time due to the attitude but not even close. I received no greeting, no small talk, I was made to feel like a burden when asking for a slight variation in my order. I was then charged twice the amount I should have been and when I questioned the price I got no response, one girl walked away and the other just stared at me like I was stupid. So I paid double the cost for a below average subway, and left feeling upset and embarrassed, thanks guys! Not coming back again.
The girl put so much sauce on my steak melt subway that it was too spicy, and too soggy to eat. The girl told me she had been taught to smother the subways with the chosen sauce. Poor training. I blame the management.
Staff asked if I want bacon in my sandwich but didn't mention the extra it costed. They put 2 small pieces of bacon for $3 extra. Definitely not worth it. If I want to pay $16.5 for food, I wouldn't pay that for a sandwich. If you're going to add ingredients that would cost me that much, you better ask me first.
Delicious & fresh, healthy food- well priced & a good variety. Friendly staff. Would recommend!
The staff are impatient and this is frustrating when you're the only customer in the store.
The food choices are average and I'd much prefer to use an independent store. However the independents do not seem to be interested in serving customers.
I suppose that you can't expect much from a subway, but it would be nice to be treated as a valued customers and not have the staff rolling their eyes whilst a young child wants to know what is available
Fast, friendly staff had a learner with a big order and he crushed it! Obviously has a good training program.
Would give more stars if I could! The staff at this store are AMAZING! Ordered a couple of times via uber eats and they always decorate your bag with sweet messages and hearts ️
Also got a complimentary free cookie with a sweetest message ever!

Do not order through Uber, as they appear utterly incapable of making a sub correctly without you guiding them through it. I've ordered three times from here through Uber, each time has been wrong. Missing ingredients, ingredients I didn't ask for, and unmelted every time. Not worth the money.
I have been served on two different occasions by Abigail and she is so lovely, friendly, and makes great subs. Thanks for the great service!:)
I have been eating here occasionally for the past 4 months.
Depending on which worker is on, depends on if you have a good Subway. Some are great and should own their own chain training their own employees, some are okay and need more training and some seem like they hate their life and should find something else to do part time.
We haven't been to subway 8n a long time. What happened? No seafood, no 1000 island sauce and no honey oat rolls.they were the nicest. The server was nice but the subways were disappointing. Bit Ho Hum!
I think the sandwich ‘artist’ just set a world record for how quick a person can slap together a 12” sub. Although, it was very busy - a whole of 2 customers, so I can see why there was such a sense of urgency to throw the sub together as quick as possible. Heaps good, not!
Not happy with staff we are having dine in around 8 pm and one of staff tell us to finish it as we are closing soon and we were half way of finish our sub and she told us again we are closing be hurry.very disappointed with service cuz we go out with half eaten sub

The customer service from the girls here are amazing! Every time I go I think they are very nice even today had a new girl in training and she was fabulous and held the door open for me. It makes such a difference having nice staff. Good work:)
Annoyed! Cant even get the drink order right! Wanted me to go in and exchange it. If I could go in I wouldnt nee Uber Eats! DERRR
I had to order lunch catering for delivery at short notice and the manager, Jane, was happy to oblige. She also helped us sort out payment quickly and easily as I was unable to do it it person. She was wonderful with providing the most excellent service and has made a very happy customer out of me
Went to this subway like last week, was served by a well mannered guy with great customer service i think it said alex on his badge not sure, normally i go to the one at golden grove but i was in the area so i tried it out and i've been going there ever since. They take more care with your subs, a lot less tossing and rough measurements but more accuracy and care with the subs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the noise level might be high but nothing they can do about it. MAKE SURE TO TRY AND GET SERVED BY A GUY NAMED ALEX ALTHOUGH HE"S A TRAINEE I BELIEVE HE IS THE NICEST CARING PERSON SO DONT BE SCARED TO SOCIALISE WITH THE STAFF! TWO BIG THUMBS UP
