I got a garlic bread here, and two hours later I was stuck on the toilet! Definitely prefer the other Subway in Gawler Main Street!

Good and not so good, depends on who is behind the counter.
Agree with other reviews, there's a guy there who seems to know his stuff and is proud of his work, I was hoping that he would have been there tonight. And he greets the customers, not just start off with a "What would you like". Same as the other store, no greeting, somebody is contributing to your wages, you could at least show them a little respect. Is it so hard to say "Good evening" or "How are you tonight"?

Went there tonight, the woman who made my sub was liberal with the toppings, compared to what you get at the other Gawler store.
It wasn't so good when it came to paying, had to ask for a sticker to hold the wrapping paper together, no serviettes offered and shortchanged 10c. (I know, no big deal, but surely she knows the difference between a 10c piece and a 20c piece, and how any times a day does she do this?)

I told the old woman serving that they put a sticker on at the other Gawler store and she said the didn't - I would know, it I go to both franchises in Gawler, I think she is one of the franchisees of both of them, I've seen her at both stores. She really should retire and leave it up to the younger ones, she gives the store a bad name.
I would have rated higher if it had not been for her being so tight with the overheads - sticker and serviettes.

Update December 2022, make sure you're charged the price on the menu board, the cash register prices seem to have been programmed higher, so if you pay by card and don't check the receipt, you'll likely have been scammed.

Update November 2023 and downgrade rating, new franchisee who charges 2.5% to 3% higher than the other Gawler Subway and scrimps on the toppings.

Ordered Uber Eats from this Subway and they wrote me a cute note and drew a picture on the packaging and threw in a free cookie! Made my day!

Garbage since Tony & family sold up, zero customer service and poor quality all round. Bring back the Subway king.

Regular team of workers who order from this store. Was good to start with but the last 5 uber orders we have to call and complain. Simple salad bowls with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, chicken pieces, bacon and mozzarella cheese x 4 or 5 salads and you always forget something! It was cheese the last 2 times bacon and once you forgot the tomato! Your always passing the buck and saying complain through uber! Uber don't make the salad you guys do. Take some pride in your work and double check because you have lost atleast $80 to a $100 order that we put through some weeks 3 times a week!

My wife and I always go here in between our grocery shopping. The manager Tony is amazing! A true sub God. What he comes up with to put on your subs are great. We usually just tell him what we want as a base and let him choose the rest.came in last night with the Mallala cfs to get a bite to eat before heading to baby sit the burnt out fire ground at Salisbury Heights. Was a great meal as usual!

Adelaide Rd subway is a very well managed and clean sub, also their subs are well packed and flavoursome, I have no worries saying this sub is my favourite. Well done guys

Turned up at 815pm on a Thursday night when the shop is clearly labelled to close at 830pm. And then yelled through the door that they were closed. Place had people inside which looked to be owners just blankly looking at us as if we were in the wrong. Will not be returning to this venue, rather spend my money at hungry jacks next door!

Absolutely amazing service. Always friendly. I think it is the manager here, he recommends what sauces and fillings compliment one another. I have listened to him talk to the regulars that come in and he has memorised what they like on their subs. Also a young lady that works there so friendly always interested in you. It make me feel very special. Thank you so much for outstanding service every time.

Very poor with the product today, apart from the service lady not listening when customers saying what they wanted she put hardly any product in the sandwich. Very disappointing oh we do have the photos to prove the poor quantity of product.

Clean fresh fast service drive 36 klms just to eat at the establishment The staff are friendly, efficient and go out of their way to cheerful, polite and also ready to help

Thought the two women in there tonight were very unprofessional. I could sense the tension in the air and they were snapping at each other right in front of me. The older lady (I think she might be a manager) always wears her hair down. (It's quite long) Not very hygienic at all.

One of my favourite Subway stores. One of the guys that works here is a true sandwich artist! Just let him make you his suggested sub and you will see! All the staff here are very friendly and efficient:)

Disgusting customer service. Ordered on the online app and apprently never came through to store.after showing evidence it did and them agreeing this is true. They still couldn't provide me with the food I paid for and/or any information on how to resolve matter. Treated myself, my partner and my daughter like we were dirt and liars and then when proved was evidence we just got treated like dirt.
Contacted another subway which told us what the problem could be but cause we were pieces of dirt to them they didn't want to here. Worst customer service experience I have ever had.

I’ve have been to this Subwsy many times and always been very happy with purchases. Tonight I went in for four footlings. I was served by a young man with a pony tail. Two of the foot longs had chicken (usually 2 scoops) tonight it was 1 scoop which barely filled half of the roll. When I asked for more he said I would have to pay extra. The mozzarella was a few measly strands and the advocado was barely visable. The salad was sparse as was the dressing. If I ever do go into this Subway again I will ask to be served by somebody different. Every other time I have been to subway they have a job closing the roll at the end, tonight my roll was folded without issue. Very disappointing.
