Thanks for changing everything and now closing instead of staying 24 hours. Used to me my go to after working late for a feed after work. Always have to ruin a good thing for no reason.

This is the most useless store I have ever come across. The management of the store is absolutely trash, I could run it better with a pinky finger.every Uber experience I’ve had from this store is always wrong or something is missing. They also cancel you Uber orders when there store is to busy because they are ridiculously useless at there job.oh and not to forget they can’t even answer a phone what a joke! Get it together, seriously it’s not rocket science it’s making sandwiches.

I go here often and usually the service is great but this time I got served by “Karleigh” and it wasn’t a nice experience. She did not give good customer service and she’s meant to be the manager. She also shows she clearly doesn’t want to be there, it might be time to find a new job!

3 out of 4 times i’ve ordered subway here my bread has been so stale it crumbles and this time i have stale bread and they forgot the cheese. Can’t even call and complain because they don’t do anything about it anyways.

Bad service and were advising products they don't do any more. Lack of sauces and bad attitude.

When you are in hurry or you want to utilise time or want good food in reasonable rates you can do visit and most of all any time you will get food.

Been ordering for a while and this Subway’s been consistent in its quality. Great late night snack — just ordered for my brother and I’s exam prep and received really sweet notes for the night! Thanks for the good service!

I have come here out of convenience a few times and the service I received has been consistently poor.

The employees are either occupied chatting away with the OTR boys, or so incompetent they couldn’t close the packaging box’s without getting frustrated and asking for help.

It isn’t worth the hassle to buy food here, eat anywhere else.

This is the second time my order has been done with completely lack of care. First they gave me literally piece of bread with chessr even knowing order meatball sub. Now this time gave me 3 meatballs in a meatball pot that clearly states get 6

I love subway and I never write reviews but I was stunned watching the girl who served us making our sandwiches.

Chicken and bacon melt.bacon not even heated up still raw, chicken also not heated, not the 1st poor experience with this subway but will be the last

A subway that gets everything right. Italian herb and cheese bread made perfect and garlic actually make the garlic cheese toasty properly. Will be ordering from this store from now on.

The people serving were more interested in talking about their boyfriends or ex boyfriends than serving and the avocado on my salad was frozen. I have been here before and normally it is great but today was the worst experience I have had there.

Went back to this subway after 3 years now living back in the area and it's still super slow service. Staff don't know basic queue management and couldn't care less about customers lining up waiting. Just walked out, don't bother ordering here

If you’re thinking of going to this Otr subway I seriously suggest going to the one at Christie’s beach it’s way better

My sub was made side ways, half of the top was on the bottom and half of the bottom was on the top- my sub was made by the same girl we always have problems with makin our subs- seriously surprised she hasn’t been fired yet I mean who makes a sub sideways - doesn’t realise it and then continues to wrap it god knows it would’ve been hard to wrap

Ordered early this morning through Uber Eats, had no issues with Uber. However, this store got my order so wrong that its almost laughable. Ordered a chicken teriyaki salad with mozzarella and feta, only got feta. Also ordered an orange juice, but got a breakfast juice instead. I also ordered a cheesy garlic something or rather (can't remember exactly as it was my first time trying it) and got the cheese and herb instead. I'm sorely disappointed in the serve and lack of customer care and I will not be ordering from this store again anytime soon.

I'm not one to leave a review, however.who ever the young girl was working 10: 30pm 3/10/19 was probably the snobiest person I've ever had to deal with.throwing stuff around, rolling her eyes.

Acted as if she hated her job and it was a burden to see someone walking in to order.

Microwaved meatballs that still came out cold. Couldn't risk eating it so I wasted my money and through it in the bin. Also cannot contact them by there phone contact. Very unprofessional and for ordering a sub everyday for the last month this is the worst I've had. Should have stuck to hackham Instead

Heads up Coeliacs.best Subway I’ve been to so far. Visited at 10: 00 am on a Friday and was served by Andrew. He did everything right - wipes the benches, washed hands, new gloves.he was polite and friendly, had great product knowledge and made a really delicious brekky wrap.
