Subway

Not as good as other subways. Probably because they don’t know how to answer or how to listen to a customer. Just going because I like subway food that’s it.

The worst place to go where the employees don't know how to behave with students. Today I got to the reception and asked for a spoon and the guys on the payment reception said to teach me manners where he don't have any sence of humour and manner himself. Will gonna let him know what a complaint is instead of manner. Even the one star is not deserve to that guy.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews - Myself and my brother get our lunch here often and it has been great. No complaints from either of us.

The worst salad I’ve ever had from Subway. I love Subway salads and subs and just like from every other store, I had the same expectations from this one but well there was hardly anything in my salad, all I could literally taste was lettuce. The lady serving was working like she’s forced to. I know she may be having a bad day but seriously it doesn’t hurt to put a smile on and talk nicely. When I paid by card, I’m waiting there standing and she’s just chilling, not bothered to let me know that it has gone through or anything. I’m glad I know I should never come back here

Absolutely poor customer service manager makes people feel like they taking his food being like ohhh I can't add more than 3 souces and I can't add more or things like
"Ohhh i can't add more vegetables cause sandwich will lose flavour" like mate I'm the customer here I decide what I want to order I'm better actually ordering subway somewhere else cause particularly this place is terrible with customer service and worker treatment I remember seeing the manager humiliating a poor worker on her first shift cause she forgot my order

Really appalling experience at this subway. The staff are rude, they ignore their customers. My Sub was terrible, and I was watching another staff member make a large order of Subs while I was ordering and no care at all was taken in making sure the sandwich was even slightly acceptable. They seriously need to re-think how they treat their customers and the care they take in making the food

I was absolutely appalled with the customer service at this store during a recent visit. I was far from greeted upon my arrival. On many occasions the staff member used the word “WHAT” rather than sorry or pardon and had the other 2 not been having a conversation amongst themselves in a different language, perhaps my order could’ve been heard.

Not a bad subway. Customer service is hit and miss, I've had very pleasant experiences as well as some poor ones.

Worst subway I have ever been to.staff customer experience skills were absolutely horrendous couldn’t get the wrap I usually get as I wasn’t allowed to put chicken strips on my wrap or carrot? No sincerity what so ever my wrap fell apart on site as it was poorly constructed and I would have better luck bitting into rock as my cookies were harder than the floor I was standing on.

Literally more expensive than every other subway I've ever been to and the staff are so rude. Couldn't swap a sauce like sorry? Why.

Got a breakfast sub. Egg was stone cold, so I took it back then they microwaved it and it burnt my mouth. The guy didn’t care.
