31Totally disappointed, not only was I charged 15% because it’s a public holiday but the young lady doing the order must be under some kind restrictions on how much fillings to put on the sub that I ordered, will not be returning to this subway when greenacres is loading you up on your order that’s for sure
Not happy at all with my meal it was extremely under filled half as much as we get from other subways and on top of that we had to pay a 15% surcharge. I will never buy from there again I'd rather drive 10 minutes the other way.
Please change your night staff for the window. I did not order tomatoes and the other this which shows in pic. Also I informed them that i did not have best experience ordering from window.i live nearby but wont go there again
Every time I go there they're so skimpy with how much toppings they add, I used to work at Subway not too long ago and they put a 6 inch sub equivalent of salad on a footlong. They're always so rude and never listen to what you ask to put on there.
I did Uber eats and they packed all order wrong really bad. Ask for toasted not toasted ask for sauces no sauces inside. Ask for white macadamia cookie packed the chocolate one. I payed $25 and got worst order. Just taking money and giving wrong orders
Service isn't friendly, and the rest room is filthy.
Plenty of staff on, so no excuse for dirty table's.
Cant get orders right, missed items for delivery, forgot to add a meal and a few sides forgot to add another drink, also gave wrong drink
Ordered through Menulog and put nothing on what I ordered. Then wouldn't answer there phone.
Haven't actually eaten here. Incredibly poor food safety and handling. 15min ago saw the young lady pick up bacon, put it in the toaster, then put salads on another customer's sub, retrieve the cooked bacon, add to sub then add more salads. The problem? SHE DIDN'T CHANGE HER GLOVES! Raw bacon, then greasy bacon fat all through the salads in the cabinet. UTTERLY DISGUSTING!
I doubt I will eat at subway after witnessing this.
I bought Subway numerous times and numerous places. This has to be the worst- both customer service and product. My vege wrap was not even worth eating.

Such a Poor customer service. We went there and ask for 5x foot long and the person on the counter and manager says, you will have to wait if we do not get any customers in next 10 minutes then we can serve you. If I am first in the queue, why do I have to wait? Anyway, We still waited for half an hour and they keep serving customer behind our queue. We asked them politely that why we haven't been served yet and manager says, we give preference to customers wants one footlong and you have 5x so you will have to wait longer. We gave up and purchased from somewhere else. No wonder why subway is only available on fuel stations and not in the stores. Customer service is all negative.
Customer service was poor, refused to serve me once I requested for a subway meal. Said I had to wait for 10 mins (there was no other customers at the time of order) two employees walked around and took their sweet time. This was longer than 10 mins! So I went to get food else where.
Really bad service and they don’t care of vegetarian people they use same gloves used already on non-vegetarian stuff
The sandwich artist needs to be more joyful while serving customers.

Asked for a non toasted B. L. T.and cuz just went right ahead and gave me raw bacon. I know raw bacon is safe to eat but if I'm paying for it I atleast expect it to be cooked
The big girl working there in Thursday night very rude arrogant and got attitude one of the worst subway in SA
Always appreciates decent serve of your choices so you don't have to say bit more which what I got here so thumps up from me.
Have been overcharged here once or twice. The sandwiches are always thrown together terribly and fall apart when eating them. Once had one fall out of the paper because one side wasn't even wrapped up! The service is so-so. They don't know how to scan the code in the OTR app properly so I never get the rewards. Wouldn't go back, it's my closest but I drive further away so I don't have to go here now.
