30Came in to get dinner before seeing a movie and received the worst experience. Staff were rude and unwelcoming. Instead of coming over to serve the worker just stared at us. Another worker rushed to get our orders done. Will not be returning any time soon.
Came in at 10 on Easter Saturday lady helping was very kind n helpful to homeless man treat her well she is a gem
Lovely restaurant, nice and quite and good arrangement. Was a little busy but they got through orders quick enough. Great place for a catch up

She had such a good experience recently whilst taking a client of hers to get lunch.
She was served by Tiana (I think that's how you spell it) and was impressed by how lovely and thoughtful she was, and how she managed to remember her clients regular order.
In these days of dying customer service it's great to see a glimmer of hope that not all of the younger generations are terrible at serving customers.
Tiana deserves recognition and praise without a doubt!
Menulog driver never turned up to pick up order, and store needed to close.so a lovely las who worked at the Subway hand delivered my meal herself! Absolutely top customer care, what a lovely mannered staff member, and the food was top quality too.thankyou SO much!

Was super disappointed with my sub legs. Not only was there a huge hair in it, that just kept coming out my mouth (kind of like a clown hankerchief, mind you) but the meal was subpar (pun not intended). Also my second wife and her kid's meals were ruined by quarrel among the staff. Also the sauce was wrong. Not happy, subway.

Today I visited in this store for taking food to eat and I ordered to one lady that please make one subway for me while cooking she is regularly sneezing on my food i think she was sick and due to Covid, I think this is not good thing to do like this please I advise to employees please if they feel sick please stay in their house because this will be consider as sit service because they are playing with everyone life.

I consistently receive incredibly friendly customer service and delicious food from the Subway Salisbury. Belle and the team do a very good job
Ordered a chicken strip footlong with old English cheese toasted. They toasted the bread without the cheese so the cheese wasn't melted and the chicken strip's were cold straight out the fridge slapped on my sandwich when they're meant to heat them up. I ordered uber before work on Christmas. Just because you don't want to work doesn't mean you can treat people's food badly.
Still one of the best Subways in the northern suburbs. Always nice customer service and treated like you matter. Good chit chat as they make your sub. Thanks for the yummy pizza melt. Deeee-licious. Will be back for sure. Shout to Anna and Juls. Keep smiling even if the masks are hiding them.
Not happy with subway as I placed an order though ubereats for subway to accept it only for them to cancel my order 15 minutes later and not refund me now im fighting with uber eats to get my money back so thanks subway for messing up my dinner and night

Bad customer service and the bread got cold while she was making my toast. While I was saying less sauce filled up with full of sauce.
Didn’t have any steak, lettuce, spinach, carrot and a few other things. The girl serving seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. Didn’t ask what salads just stood there. Didn’t warm up the chicken before toasting so I had this cold toasted sub. Couldn’t get even wrap the sub properly and seal it with a sticker. Hopeless
Usually they're friendly and helpful customer service. But this evening (Australia Day holiday).
Making my Chicken Schnitzel sub.then suddenly. "Sorry we've run out of onions". "WHAT! You can't have a Subway without onions.then Tiana says "Hang on, I'll just see if the Asian Restaurant across the way has spare onion". 5 mins later: Ta DA!
Tiana's stroke of genius saved my day. Not to mention going over and above when it comes to Customer Service!

The one person who was on did well given the covid restrictions been here many times before and haven't had anything that isn't enjoyable

Literally went to this subway, which was open, the open sign was on NOT THE CLOSED SIGN. I seen staff sitting down in the eating area whilst what looked like a manager was standing there.
I went in and staff sitting down starred at me and the manager gave me a foul look and rolled her eyes.
I felt beyond uncomfortable and proceeded to walk out.
If your store is having a meeting close the damn shop, do not display your store is open if your going to be beyond rude and make me feel like a monster for wanting a meal.
