Always amazing subs - staff are so lovely and kind. I always ask for a s**tload of olives and they always happily oblige, on what must appear to be quite the inedible creation, but I love it. Thanks for always making my day and being great. Best subway in SA.
I’ve ordered from this subway twice now and both times they have forgotten something in my order.

Would leave a 0 star if I could, the blonde male staff was extremely rude to my friends and myself, other staff was lovely, do not recommend hiring him in customer service
Wouldn't recommend this store at all. Make sure your staff READ the order's TWICE so they get it correct before it's delivered. Also put the correct contact number so people can contact the store. Get a new store manager that knows how to run a fast food industry.
Staff are super friendly here. The girls are amazing, went today (20/2/22) made the sandwiches awesomely! The produce is super fresh and clean here
Terrible service from the get go! The service lady was unwelcoming and wanted to rush everything. She also rejected a discount QR Code I brought saying it was no longer valid when the expiry date was 5 days after. She also wasn't too particular about her hygiene practices. Never coming in this subway again.
I usually order a buffalo chicken wrap from this store until last week when there it was 1/3 size as normal, I didn't realise there was a vegetable shortage.
I sent an email to the store and the response I received was inadequate and insulting, I was told that We do have a standard formula for our salad portioning that our staff are trained in and encouraged to return to the same store so I could be ripped off again.
Not will I not return to this store but SUBWAY has lost me forever, their follow up and response INADEQUATE in every way, my suggestion get a new area manager and train your staff properly
This Subway is next to a petrol station and parking is limited. Can get quite busy with a line during lunch periods. When I visited, there was not enough staff to keep up with the line. The actual food is reasonable, pretty standard Subway quality.
Was served by lady wearing top with 'bold' written on it. Served me the tiniest wrap I've ever had. Literally a tiny teaspoon of the filling i requested, and a pinch of the salads i asked for. Seriously why so stingy. Not to mention they didn't have enough staff to keep up with the line of customers so the wait was over 10 min just to get served. Ridiculous.
Not a fan of the new menus - dropped turkey, Swiss cheese and honey oat - my staple. Service was slow and disorganised today.
This is the worst subway I’ve been to. The girl serving was rude, didn’t have any interest in making my sandwich taste good which was evident when I asked for a LITTLE BIT of chipotle sauce and she near unloaded the whole damn bottle on my sub, followed by mashing it together hard as she could. Before leaving, not even a thank you or anything. If I wasn’t in the middle of my shift and in a hurry I wouldn’t have paid for it. If I could give it zero stars I would.
This is my local subway, and I usually go here once a month or so. The staff are always friendly, and the food is fine. No complaints. However on my last 2 visits (3/11/18 - and about 2 weeks previous to that) I have walked up to the counter to be greeted by 'I'm sorry we have no bread". Now seeing that bread is the cornerstone of the business I find this incredible. I am not a restaurant manager, but if I were, I would personally come into work 2 hours (or whatever is necessary) early to make sure that the restaurant was stocked and ready to go. I don't blame the staff for this - the manager/owner either doesn't care, or is incompetent. Oh and this wasn't first thing in the morning either - this was after 10am!
As someone who’s been eating at Subway for years I found this place to be extremely disappointing both times I have visited. I am not someone who normally complains about food or service but i feel like the management need to be aware how far behind Subway Richmond is from other Stores. The cue was moving Incredibly slow and after finishing serving one person the service boy started prioriitising cleaning over getting the line moving Leaving one quite inexperienced boy who could only produce one sub at a time in the space of ten minutes, which was quite inadequate as there were over 10 people in line. Then, surprise a male from out the back comes to save the day, but is slow and obviosuly takes no pride in his appearance- not wearing headwear and his shirt was disgusting. He jumped on cue but rushed subs and took absolutely no pride in heis work and didn’t look to care much at all. Unenthusiastic, poor time management, stingy on ingredients, appauling service and a bad experience. Would not reccomend and certainly will be staying away, Date and time of visit 1pm 23rd April 2018. Will take this matter further.
Great customer service today, they both asked me how my day was and created great conversation with me. The subway was great!
Nice and fresh. Great place to eat even in the high lunch time rush they get you through really quick. A+
The worst subway store in SA.
Staff are severely untrained.
1) Male staff member wrapped my sub up bare hands no gloves.
2) Instead of being served staff were out the back laughing and giggling.
3) Sub wasn't cut anywhere near the center, how hard is it seriously? !
4) Incorrect change given.
5) Wasn't asked fresh or toasted.
6) Chicken schnitzel was cold in the centre.
Awful franchise.
