Had a 6 inch with the italian bread cheese ham carrot cucumber lettuce spicy mayo salt and pepper very fresh and nice

Employee could not understand what i wanted after explaining over a dozen times. Gave me the wrong order and did not offer to remake my food when I was cleary unhappy. Terrible service every time I go there, I will not be going there ever again.

Been there twice on sun/mon night with family both of the girls made the best subways in Victoria.others should learn from them even the way of preparing of subs amazing skills. Thank you

Guy that served me couldn't be bothered. I ordered vegetarian, and he didn't change his gloves after handling meat. Then burnt my toastie, but still wrapped and gave to me. Worst customer service and hygiene

Sad to say but one of the employees swore at one of my friends over nothing. He really should be sacked a their was no need for that type of language especially from someone who works all day with serving people.

Pick up orders never right and they don’t start making your order until you arrive. It really makes the act of ordering ahead to make picking up easier pointless. It’s better to do a 40 minute round trip to kapunda than to drive three streets over.

The bloke that served me though that I didn't pay for a 1 litre bottle of Franklin water I perchesed the water at the supermarket he should of known that they don't sell 1 litre bottles of Franklin

Went here Wednesday night and extremely average. The female staff member on was nice, but the two male staff members were rude and didn’t acknowledge me at all even though I was waiting 5 minutes (with no other customers in store)

Not ideal, 60 cents for beetroot they didn’t say that just asked if I wanted it on an all salad roll.

Long weekend at lunch time and only two staff rostered on, serving drive through also.
Owners should be ashamed. Waited 20min and poor girls just couldn't keep up.

Amazing fast food place to stop by especially if you're passing through or just fuelling up. The staff are absolutely lovely and always make you feel welcome. The choices and options of sandwich are numerous and the options for drink are great especially when the inclusion of a slushy machine is taken into account. Nothing better than stopping for fuel and grabbing a nice 6 inch Italian Herbs and Cheese sandwich while you're at it.

Great service and fantastic sandwich. Was a bit busy when we got there, but we got served very quickly!

It's alright. The women staff are very proactive and I rate them at 5 stars! However, not all the males seem to be active whatsoever.

There's a kid who works there and his mouth is always open. I swear a fly flew in and out of his mouth and he didn't even notice.

Terrible service - went through drive thru wanting a nice hot steak and cheese wrap instead the steak was put on cold and I was not given the option of toasting/grilling and they didn’t have tomato. I was disgusted and will never go back - I should’ve gone to hungry jacks - I went for the healthier option but in the end it wasn’t worth it

The worst Subway I have ever been to and I won't be going back. The staff are rude and under trained. I waited for close to half and hour to be served while the staff were socializing with their friends. There was a fly in the seafood. They only had 1 choice of bread although it was only 7: 30pm. They only put 2 small pieces of beetroot on my 6 inch sub. Goodness, if I'm paying extra for it, I want at least the minimum amount. When I got to the paying stage, close to 40 minutes after walking in, I wanted to make it a meal so that I could scan the OTR app but, of course there were no cookies. The staff were very rude and blunt and wouldn't make it a meal so I could scan the app even without the cookies. I was left beyond disappointed with Subway Nuriootpa and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If I want Subway, I go all the way to Kapunda were I know the staff are friendly and the food is worth the trip.

I had gone through the drive through here once, it took 12 minutes to get served & 8 minutes to get my sandwich made. So this time I decided I would physically go in.

This is by far the worst subway I have ever been to.

The young man that served me was incredibly slow & could not seem to remember what I had ordered & asked me 3 times. At one point he just stopped & stared into the distance. The other staff were just as slow & one staff member was busy making sandwiches for herself despite the line forming behind me. The serving of salad was miserably small & even though I asked for "a little bit of mayo" he squirted on 4 lines of the stuff & then only half wrapped it. When my son tried to eat it the whole thing was a sloppy mess.

When I asked if I could have the sandwiches in a meal with cookies he said "I guess, if you want".

The whole experience, to buy 2 sandwiches, to 18 minutes. Completely unacceptable.

Given the other reviews I am surprised at my experience here but I can't deny how bad it was.

I will never go back here.

Service is always quite good, food is as fresh as you'd expect from a chain operation. Only real issue is Subways pricing which is not an issue with this store in particular as they have no say in it, but value for dollar, Subway are starting to get a little pricey in comparison to other options.

Staff are rude, don't listen to instruction and cannot even give correct change despite having a computer telling them how much.
