I came to order here they were saying like idiots you have to wait for 15 minutes at least and after 2-3 minutes she started serving someone else
Really don’t like these kind of people

I have ordered from here countless times through Uber eats. And almost everytime there is an issue with either quality or missing items.
I just ordered something just now and when I received it, it was missing half of the filling from my order and the meat was not only on half of the sandwich, it was also cold when it 100% shouldnt be.
I like to keep giving them a go because how conveniently close they are, but it's astounding how many times they can get an online order wrong. It's gotten to the point where Uber won't let me report for wrong items because of how many times this has happened

Does anyone actually work here? Waited at the counter for 5-10 mins (it was dinner time, a normal time to be there) and nobody was actually working. There were three people in line behind me when I gave up and left because there was literally nobody there to take orders or make food. If they were working alone and took a break they could have left a sign or something?

The workers make sandwiches like the toppings come out of their wage. Extremely stingy with toppings to the point you feel like you've paid 12 dollars for some bread.

Literally dog water attempts at following Uber eats orders. The bar was on the ground and this place picked up a shovel and dug underneath.

Bad service small small portions I eat subway 6 day’s this is my 3 bad experience at this subway the staff don’t want to re fell salads because the have wash the containers near the end of shift worst subway in Adelaide sorry but very bad management and staff playing on the phones

I was visiting this Subway. The food is good but the service wasn't good. I was bought foot long teriyaki chicken, The bread was very thin and the lady cut the bread on the bench. She put the chicken and toasted, then another lady take charge serving me she put veggies what we want, Cut into 2 half for my son, She broke my son subway and chickhen pieces on the bench and wrapped. He was open it in the car, the subway It was messy. My son was whisper to me, He don't like the lady serving us today, not tidyproperly.

Pretty ok normally, depends whose working and what cleaning theyve done.usually if its kept clean the flies are missing from the food containers.

THE BEST SUBWAY EVER. There is a reason I have been going to this store for years and that's because of their amazing service. The staff members are all legends. They care about their customers and always go the extra mile. I am a picky eater and have jumped from subway to subway until i found this one. The subs are always perfect and taste amazing

Love the new ingredients.
Subway is now gotten gourmet.
Need to bring back pineapple though.:)
Maybe a dark rye bread would finish off your range:)

I ate the Veggie subway as it was its Special day on Tuesday. At $8 it's still too dear. More should be supplied for vegan eaters, such as vegan cheese, otherwise they miss out on eating cheese even though they pay for it.

Best service. Well all the subway have same menu, but its all about sandwiches. I usually go there at 3-4am after my work and the manager and aditi the sandwich artist is usually there to serve me and every-time i get perfect sandwich from them. I end up with non falling salads from sandwich once i finish sub. Every thing is stuffed perfectly. Nice training given to staff. Always clean area and excellent customer service by manager and sandwich artist aditi.

At the otr so convenient. The girl serving was very sloppy and made the sandwich very soggy, we asked for another and she was kind about it but did the same thing again anyway. Still tasted alright.

Subway store at BP, South Road Ridleyton is a very good and well presented store. The food is very delicious.
