37 Terrible customer service.
They agreed to charge me for a chicken teriyaki footlong while I could get 6 inch chicken teriyaki and 6 inch veggie. I double checked this with the lady at the counter prior getting the subs ready. Once the sub was ready and I proceed to pay she changed her words and said she will charge me separately for 6 inch veggie and 6 inch chicken. Charging separately was fine, it barely makes a difference of few dollars but the problem is them going back on their words. Why would you promise a few minutes ago and not do it? Or why would you not be clear with your instructions as to what could be exactly swapped and what not? Ultimately we paid as per their changed minds.
The subs did not have enough sauce as requested. We requested for lightly toasted but they had done otherwise. The veggie patty was freezing straight out of the fridge and we had seen her change the container in front of us but still did not feel the need to thaw the patty before the order.
Furthermore, the manager instead was rude and tried to dodge the conversation and escape in her own attitude. She went ahead and started discussing our issue with another customer in the store, right in-front of us! I would take that as “bullying”
I went there with my aunt, her kids and mother who apparently love subway but each of us went back home disappointed not only with the food quality but also the behaviour of the staff.
The shop did not have SALT. Which food shop doesn’t have SALT?
I would have given negative stars if there was an option.
Waste of money and time. All of us were smiling while entering the shop but left frowning. Spoilt our evening.
They didn’t have ham or barbeque sauce? Seriously this is one of the most popular items and they didn’t even have it GROSS
I would rather drive further down to get my sub. This franchise need proper training!

Wont order again! Foods great but when ordering as we did thru Menulog today cookies were missing. With previous orders we have not received drinks but said nothing, so I rang to complain on receipt of meal today to be told that the Menulog driver must have helped themselves, 'happens all the time' she said.
So, where does this leave the consumer? Apart from out of pocket.
Just waiting to hear from Menulog.

Instead of alerting us that they were out of the ingredients we ordered, they decided to make their own subs for us. Ordered two subs on Italian herb bread, they didn’t have any left so they decided to put on rye, ordered a sub with Turkey, they didn’t have any left and decided to put ham instead (something I cannot eat). Bread was stale and hard as a rock when it wasn’t toasted.
Visited for lunch on Wednesday 26/10. Staff were really kind. I think they had one or two new staff members on during the lunch rush but they all did such a great job and were really friendly.
I was impressed!
I really enjoyed my lil weekly Subway treat, and it was tasty, fresh and hot as always?

The store looks great now that the divide between the restaurant and the sandwich unit has been removed and the revamp has been done! The staff are always nice here and the space is always tidy. I must be harder in such a small store but they manage to pull it off to a high standard!
Never have the basic items they advertise. Breads, drinks or fillings.
Shouldn't be open if they aren't going to have what a subway is meant to have.
Staff was busy but service was with a smile. Quick and efficient. Place was clean and pleasant.
Today was the second time I went there. The first time (about 1 month ago) I wasn't happy because they cut corners and didn't fill the sandwich as they should. Today was even worst, shortage of bread and other supplies. Instead of saying that we don't have enough roast beef for a full size sandwich, they just filled the sandwich with whatever they had left (less the normal). Really disappointed

Very minimal salad. I had to actually add my own lettuce carrot and olives, might as well have just made my own to begin with.
I do a lot of Uber Eats pick ups from Subways and for staff friendliness this store is the jewell in the crown. Even before I started this job the staff were extra friendly on personal pickups.

The sandwiches were very packed with delicious ingredients. The wraps were amazing like something I've never tasted before.

Order via menulog only to be told that Menulog doest work. 15 minutes wasted on my lunch break waiting in line. Maybe have a message on menulog saying it doesnt work if thats the case. Also charged me more then what the menulog site said. What a waste of time. Wont be returning
This Subway NEVER fails to disappoint us! We come here so often the staff remember us and know our orders. The employees are VERY friendly and make the best Subways anywhere in Adelaide. I hope the owners are very proud!
Food quality from Subway is slowly declining. Not to mention I ordered a meatball sub through UberEats, only asked for lettuce and light carrot in it.got a meatball sub delivered that was nothing but meatballs and the whole stores worth of carrot shoved into it with no lettuce like seriously? I asked one thing.one thing light carrot. Learn to read your orders ugh

We got delivery from here. Someone wrote a cute note on my sandwich bag that told me to have a nice day with a smiley face. It was so nice and the sandwiches were made perfectly! I hope whoever wrote it has a nice day also and that staff are rewarded for being so friendly and awesome.
