32TERRIBLE SERVICE! I got uber eats from here and the food was all gold the chicken was still raw ordered 6 cookies all rainbow flavoured and got the opposite only got 5

Food & the subway dude were alright. Unfortunately this OTR is crackhead central and the public toilet is locked from 2-6am. Very poor for a 24/7 servo with a police station a few hundred meters down the road.
Ordered two ham cheese tomato toasties and literally received them not toasted, if I wanted a sandwich I would have ordered one. Very disappointing
Basically the only thing open late. Ordered this whilst watching world cup games in the early hours of the morning.
Very poorly kept. Rubbish inside and out. Staff very unorganised for just 3-4 customers. Tables not clean so we didn’t eat in. Needs someone to just clean.
Absolutely terrible. Really bad experience with getting order completely wrong and then refusing refund for the order.
Regular customer here, today was normal order Italian BMT foot long on the, noticed the lad throw one in the bin after cutting in half but thought nothing of it then came to understand once home why he did that as my roll was beyond stale it just crumbled in my hands when I tried to eat it being so dry, very disappointed from a store I'm a regular customer at.
Poor service, tried calling after ordering on menu log, didn't receive what I ordered (chicken salad) what arrived was a piece of chicken no salad. Called 3 times no -answer.
Ordered through Menulog. Took forever to leave the store. When it arrived, it was cold - realised it was because the meats had never even seen heat (the bacon was raw).
Went in 10min ago, one customer being served and only other person in line waiting. 2 people making 1 order and still didn't acknowledge my existence or patience waiting. Left after 10min. Extremely poor form as i WAS a daily customer to the OTR. Whoever has taken over management needs training and so does everyone else there. I've worked in retail for many years and this is beyond apology worthy. I suggest anyone go elsewhere just to save your brain and time.

Andrew the assistant manager served us tonight. So friendly made our food perfectly. Nicest bloke ever. Even though we came at a late hour Andrew was nothing short of kind. Hope he has an incredible life?
Awful customer service, only customer in store and stood there for more than 5 minutes while the two ladies working stood there chatting to each other with no acknowledgement towards me, eventually I had to ask if they would serve me to which they replied we’ll be five minutes before continuing there non work related conversation, left without service and won’t be returning, extremely disappointing

Very clean at the counter with friendly staff. Floor and table area not clean with food scraps and rubbish everywhere.
Omg who trains these people? On two separate occasions I ordered a fresh BLT. The server tried to give me raw bacon. I actually had to ask him to cook it. I then shook my head and told who I thought was his upline and all she said to him was it toasted out fresh, to which he replied fresh. No apology nothing! Will not be returning!
Lovely girls but, OH MY GOD was the sub a disappointment. I asked for a toasted sub with meatballs, bacon, old English, lettuce, beetroot and avo. The bread was torn to spreads, the bacon was still cold and horribly raw after I asked for it to be toasted, bread was barly toasted and all around even with the salad was just a disappointment. I work at another subway myself and this was a disgrace. I was even over charged in the end to.
Ordered from here tonight via uber eats. There were items missing and one of the subs was made incorrectly. Will never be buying here again.
Never order uber from here. I live a 10 minute drive and the food is ALWAYS 40 minutes late and stone cold. And this is 4 in the morning when no body orders food or even comes into the store, what justifies an hour to make and deliver a single subway for someone who lives ten minutes away? Quality of the food lacks also.
