27/01/2024 7pm A subway worker saw me walk in while he was playing with his phone. Did not change gloves, over charged me $2 and said nothing when i complained about the flys eating the salad. 100% will not return to this store the owner needs to look at this employee closely.

This has to be one of the slowest Subway's in Adelaide. The girl at the cashier just stood there whilst the others made the sandwiches, if she helped maybe it would have taken less than 20 min to get my order. One guy walked in saw the queue, ordered on the app, the slacker behind the cashier immediately made the sandwich from start to finish and gave it to him. All I can say is that customer was smart. I won't be going back.

I had a horrible experience at this store. The girl who served me named “Belle” was rude, belittling and condescending. She didn't have any ounce of respect to the customer and very rude.she took over from the guy who served me first, saying i need to speak louder coz she cant hear me and so i did. I Proceeded with my order and politely asked her if she can cut my 12” sandwich in half. She then said, “thats what we do! ”, (which im not aware of as i dont go to subway that often). She later on rolled her eyes at me and then uttered “Oh God”. I was offended, embarrassed and felt belittled as other customer were standing near me. I did not expect this kind of treatment. I get she might be having a bad day but dont we all? She just needs to rein it in and check her customer service skills which is clearly very poor. Very disappointed and definitely not coming back to this store. I Hope the management can address this issue to their staff.

The shirt of the dude who was making the sandwich was touching it throughout the process. Also served it cold, didn't ask me for toasting it?

I thought its a 24 hr service. Here I am getting told " we're not open"
Better take your " Open 24 Hours" sign down then.

Ordered the meatball sub from here - was served by Kate with a big smile and a great attitude, she put a smile on my face. Lilly also helped with the order and did a good job. Would recommend!

I ordered sub of the day both veg and non veg both were amazing specially the pepperoni sub was so bursty.

Ridiculous service. Very rude stuff “Sears” towards customers with a really bad attitude. Need to start hiring someone that’s more professional with a bit of respect towards others!

Had a fantastic experience at this Subway. I went during lunch and I was served by the wonderful girls Zoe and Lilly who were extremely helpful with recommending me the Smashed Falafel as I am a vegan and this is the ideal option for me. Excellent service and friendly smiles, I'll be sure to return here again and again.

I ordered a salad bowl this morning and was served by Lilly who was very chatty! A very enthusiastic and polite employee! Will definitely be back again!

I was served by Lilly and found her to be extreemly rude.
She literally threw the toppings on my sub.

After waiting for quite a long time, for Lilly to serve me, as she was sitting out the back. She was quite rude and didn't smile once. When I ask her that I wated 4 footlong subs. She seemed quite frustrated. She then refused to make my subs and told me to come 20 mins later as the bread was to hot.
She lacked enthusiasm and just didn't want to be there.
My family and I left hungry and dissatisfied.
So dissaponted as many of the staff there are excellent.
I don't know how this person is left in charge when she clearly has no interest in her job

They will decide what goes into your sub not you. When you question it, they will ask you why you did not say you don't what this or that. Funny as. Dirty floor and tables, just disgusting.

Waited 15 minutes this morning and tried to get attention to who ever was working or behind the the counter but no response it's the 2nd time this has happend not happy normally that are good. Please get something that the customers can press to obtain notice
