Subway

Would have been a zero star, as I used to come here now and then never had a problem. But since the last couple of months with a new staff, it is not a good experience at all. Lazy staff, keep you waiting for 15 min without anyone at the counter, and there was no queue in the drive-through or at the counter. Made several mistakes while making sub. It's ok, not a big deal. Gave another 2 more visits. Same thing happened, and there are no changes. Save yourself, choose another subway at night time.

If I could give minus 1 I would. Completely didn't read order or request at all. Dodgy quality. Missing items. Charged extra for everything requested but was not Dded. Claimed to have resolved issue but didn't. No refund. No replacement. Order was received quickly but the excuse of its busy & I'm by myself was used. First time ever writing a review or complaint.

Staff lazy, ordered a meat ball sub and the meatballs were warm on the outside and cold in the middle.

Absolutely lovely lady working tonight. Think her name was sy? She was super nice and made great conversation

THe Store was there on the 16/06/2022 but went past there on the 18/06/2022 and the store has been closed down all signage has been taken away and all fittings inside the shop have gone also

Purchased 2 salad bowls and the staff where brilliant these have to be the best presented salad bowls I have had from subway so far well done

Fair service, staff not very good and friendly. Drive through is a plus point. Fast served, coffee machine wasn't working, they don't had enough breads in stock, have to choose from the option they have, can't select all Subway menu.

Honestly, a drive through subway?

I've been through the drive through and eaten inside here.if you were thinking it might be a good idea to use the deive thru on one of those lazy takeaway nights. Jjst stop thinking about that and try think about why it might be that there is literally only a very tiny handful of these around.

Poor service. Attempted drive through today only to sit at the speaker for 10mins. When still no response drove up to the window. After a couple of minutes someone appeared and asked me to drive back around, behind the two cars behind me also waiting. Advised they were busy and could not take my order through the window.

The best Subway around! Quick, efficient, fresh, lovelyyy service and always a nice little note written on the bag.thanks guys!

Suuper slow, priced dearer than other outlets, lettuce bitter & not generous with toppings. 10/10 dud.

As this subway is part of the ONT group it is not as good. You will not get award points and cannot use reward dollars. Disappointing. I would not return.

The staff were lovely. I had my meal stolen by an uber driver they were very fast to replace my meal and made sure the same uber driver didn't pick up the replacement order. The free cookies were appreciated.

Nice clean friendly store, staff looked after partners needs due to food allergies, would visit here again

Busy in the launch time, but great service. Tip: if you going at the launch time, try drive-thru, it's faster. The parking is available to the left. They don't offer dine in due to current situation so make sure you have a vehicle or a nice place to sit and eat.

Lovely, our grand daughters treat today she loves a sub with cheese salami and tomato sauce. Nana had a Turkey wrap and me a chicken teryaki wrap. Very filling and healthy.

Very disappointed, don't use the drive thru. It is not fast. You can end up being blocked in for 20 mins.

Like the idea of the drive though, although not sure if it is that effective as it would be easier to probably just go in and at least supervise/pick what goes on the sub. Maybe a preorder app could remediate this problem.

This Subway has a drive-thru which is a nice option. Plenty of car parking otherwise. The customer service was quite good, the actual food is OK (standard Subway).
