I've always received great service. Has Subway and carwash, drive through is convenient.

Staff are allways lovely especially as servo work is hard. But constantly have made the worst chai lattes I've ever had.
Somehow they taste burnt? I don't know if this is OTR wide or just at this location but I've had two diffrent baristas from here and both times its been horrible.

That being said otr isint a Cafe it's a servo so it is fair to not expect the best coffie in the world!

Do not order online! When food is delivered it cold and loots disgusting, I would never serve food that looks like what they give you. Thrown together and sloppy.

Ordered on Uber Eats two ham footlongs and a subway toastie. One of the footlongs came as a 6 inch subway. I requested extra cheese on one of them (a $4 extra on the app) and I did not receive the extra cheese. The subway toastie didn't have the mayonnaise on it either. Very disappointed. How hard is it to read an order?

We ordered 2 submarines for me and my partner through Uber eats. No cheese in both submarines and didn't even toast enough. They were cold when we receive. Deliver guy delivered within 15mins. Had the worst submarine ever. We will not order from this subway ever.

Really nice and friendly people, they were quick and we were able to leave the place quickly! Food was amazing

I went to get south Plympton subway to get two sub. Megan the service attendant don't even greet.and when I ordered she don't even have any smile.when I asked to have tomato sauce she said with rude tone we are running out.at the end she don't give any serviettes.and just walk walk away without saying goodbye.

Thank you so much south Plympton subway for my sub today I just finished eating it. I ordered online through uber eats. I got a note put on a cookie packet. With a Macadamia cookie. Saying " I hope the sub is made how you like it! Thank you! " I just wanted to thank all the staff at your subway for the best subs. And also Ur welcoming also in Ur store. Thank you. And my sub I got today was very good thank you. And thank you for my cookie. Hope everyone has a safe new year ahead. Best subway Ive gone to I think. And I used to work at subway years ago in the city. Now that's says alot. Haha.

Ordered a few subs here they were made perfectly. The customer service was amazing, very professional and friendly as well as fast.

Ordered subway Tuesday night (Uber eats) only ordered an avo veggie sub and revived near to no ingredients on each sub. Please train your workers to actually put toppings on the subway!

Two girls who working night shift on Thursday, they are very unprofessional and did not change gloves while making my order and one of them did not cover her face while sneezing.

The girls that work here are lovely and time efficient but some of the boys in the morning need a little bit more training otherwise perfect place for some good food.

Excellent service Excellent subway! I had a Toasted subway with steak and cheese. With carrot, spinach, avocado, lettuce tomato and a lovely tomato chutney. The steak was melt in the mouth (unusual for takeaway food) perfect. Awesome and thanks! I ate it too quick to take a photo. LOL

The dirtiest subway I have been in
Everything mixed up behind the counter and dropped in with eachother and the small seating area was dirty as it gets, with a few very friendly flies, and time to clean the knife you cut the subs in halves with this month I would say, not good at all!
Never coming back unless I cleaned it myself.

Quick and yummy - but seemed more expensive than other Subways (unless the price is higher at all now.)

Nothing against the staff but I really feel for subway staff left on their own dealing with busy times at night! Disappointed to see this every night I come to get a sub. They are doing their best but I think rostering more staff at night would be an idea!

Consistently good subs, staff are friendly but usually a bit of a wait as there's only one person on.
