Disgusting dirty tables with food left on them yuk.floor has a spilt drink that no one seemed interested in cleaning up. Food crumbs everywhere, so unclean
Microwaved the chicken so it tasted like rubber. Lettuce was brown.
No chipole southwest sauce or beetroot.if I'd this before I ordered i would have gone elsewhere. Sauce I did have was mostly on the outside of the roll. Paid 14 dollars for a sandwhich I didnt want. It was vile. Won't ever go back here.

The staff was very rude and unprofessional. Me and my friend came all the way from Sydney with family, we all were too hungry and the staff named Komi rudely refused to serve us, just because my friend reminded them to do their job properly! My 10 years kid was literally starving and the staff throw cooked footlong into the bin!

Have never had a bad sub from here yet, very convenient hours (open 24/7) make it a great local eatery for me at any time of the day or night.

Worst ever experience and services, bought some subway at 1: 30 am, there was no customers behind me, but the staff was inpatient and rude. Never Come here to get anything! You really need a serious training for your employees!

Bread was stale. When I opened the subway ingredients fell out. Looked like it was just slapped together. Didn't even bother to slice it. More mess. I will ask for a refund. $30 inc delivery.

Subways prices have gone up by as much as 20-50% and at the same time their fillings have shrunk by 30%. They've dropped themselves so low it's definitely better to goto any cafe, anywhere. Decades long customer is now buying elsewhere. I'm about as likely to give subway my patronage as Amber Herd is to make anymore movies.

Ordered my food and the server turned around and used his phone. Then, still wearing the same gloves, he prepared my food. Super unhygienic and unprofessional.

Saw employees look at me multiple times whilst waiting to be served but they were too busy having a conversation about their weekend with their co worker so it is understandable.

One of the worst meals I have ever eaten, the salad bowl contained about 1/3 of what you would normally expect from a subway salad, the meatballs were still frozen, as was most of the salad. This meal has turned me off subway for good, and likely uber eats. The worst food experience of my life, It went in the bin based on the fact i thought i may have killed me. Avoid this place at all costs. Go without lunch or tea if this was the last place open.

And no I do not think the uber driver took the salad home ate some and put in his freezer before delivering it.

My partner and I ordered from here today, never again. Our order has turned us both of subway for life.the meatballs where frozen and I am pretty sure the salad was from the floor. We will never go to subway again thanks to the place.

Whoever was on at 12: 00am on the 22nd of January needs to be fired. I just know this is the same person who served me last time.
Imagine your order having 11 things different to what you ordered in one subway. The amount of chilli sauce (when I ordered mayo), the drink being different, and the fact that the subway was filled completely with jalapeños (didn't even order them) just proves this worker does this as a joke.

If this has happened to me the only two times I have ordered Uber Eats from here, it shows the owner doesn't care for the customers either because there is no way they have not been made aware of this employees actions.

I thought I was angry before but after reading this stores reviews, now I'm just furious! The boss of this Subway definitely knows what is happening and he is just as bad as his employees. I don't have to see them in person to know exactly what these ferals look and smell like. I just feel sorry for anyone who makes the same mistake I did.

Shocked and disgusted, but sadly not surprised. My sister and I just ordered Uber eats from here, and sadly we had forgotten how subpar it was the last time we ordered from here, but this time was beyond a joke.

I ordered this: Gluten free wrap with lettuce, tomato, olives, carrot, mozzarella and mayo. This is what I got: nothing listed above, a few pieces of capsicum & onion, cheese and an incorrect sauce. I choose not to eat it as if everything else was incorrect, how could I be sure if it was even a gluten-free wrap! Also an incorrect drink as I ordered an iced tea and received a 1.5 L Sparking Water? !

My sister’s was even worse, but it’s not worth writing it all out. Let’s just say, not only will I never order Uber Eats from here again, but I will go out of my way to avoid this Subway at all costs.

An order being blatantly incorrect while still being close enough to our actual order isn’t a mistake. It’s someone thinking they’re funny…

Consistently bad.
The young guy that made my 6 inch today probably doesn't even make his own toast in the morning.
Absolutely slapped together and dripping in so much sauce the roll went soggy.

Today I bought three subway foot long from West Terrace, and left my phone there by accident. When I realized I have lost my phone, I hurried back to the Subway 30 min later.
Victoria found my phone and kept it safe until I came back for it! She literally save my day! I couldn’t imagine all the trouble caused by losing the phone with driver’s license and credit card in the phone case! And all my kids photos which I could have lost!
Thank you Subway for having wonderful staff as Victoria! Thanks again Victoria for your kindness. God bless you!
Plus, the food are delicious as always!
