The big unit with the bad tattoo on his face and the even worse attitude is doing your business harm. I actually heard him call someone a c-t on the forecourt then remove his apron and attempt to fight them. It was disgusting behaviour. Food was pretty ordinary too.
Staff were kind and helpful, however the line was long.i had to wait about 10 minutes. I feel sorry for the workers who were very stressed.
The young lady who served me was great but the other young lady was useless. She did nothing even though there was a queue. She spent her time in the other section talking to an other young lady avoiding the subway section totally. She had a covid marshall badge on but just spent her time walking around doing nothing avoiding work. Hope you're not paying her much, waste of money.

Food always good but staffing levels do vary.on my last 2 visits in early afternoons - NO staff were
available for at least 4 minutes as the only one on shift had 'popped out' or was 'round the back. Disappointing.
Good staff always welcome smile even if only having coffee and a look at the paper. Same range of salads as most subways I always feel my attention to what I need given careful consideration
