50Should've walked out after walking in and thinking everything looked average and like it had been sitting for days. Bed ridden with food poisoning the day after.
My mum, brother and I came in at 11 today. One worker was on, and although she was clearly still new, her customer service was lovely and we enjoyed talking to her and the sandwiches she made for us. Pity I didn’t catch her name as I always love giving a good review for people who serve me well.
Had the loveliest experience tonight, went in to get my order fixed after getting the wrong order delivered a few weeks back, and both female employees were extremely lovely, and the one I’d spoken to on the phone actually remembered me and my order and what went wrong, and then when she was remaking the order, she remembered that I get sauce on the bread side, how many customers do they get every day and she remembered me! But it wasn’t just that and the willingness to fix my order, it was the whole energy and atmosphere that both of the girls brought to the shop, they were genuinely lovely and caring and seemed happy to be working there! Treasure those girls Subway!
Absolutely shocking service - came in at 7: 58 last week wanting subway for my family.the girls working that night acted very passive aggressive and were reluctant to serve me since it was 'close' to closing time.that is irrelevant! As long as you are open, you should be serving customers with a smile on your face.its a shame to see that customer service has gone down the drain - lift your game
Went there today I got a footling sub. There was 8 bits of red onion on it. I don't think they are very expensive. I asked for more and got a nasty look.
The service and staff at Woodcroft subway are amazing!
Since being pregnant their footlong meatball sub has become my lifesaver, every single time I order (which is at least once a week), they absolutely nail it and always leave a little thank you note and a smile on my bag which brightens my day!

This place has gone from the worst subway to one of the best. Not sure if it's under new management, but the entire store has been renovated. It looks so clean and amazing. Different staff, who are soooo friendly and they make the best subways. After trying them again recently, I was so happy that I've been back 6 times in the last few weeks. Keep up the great team!
You girls were absolutely amazing today, very apologetic about being busy, nothing you can control though! I’m so very sorry that you had endured abuse from that disgusting man child who claims to be a delivery driver, especially when you were just doing your job. I hope he didn’t ruin your day! Thank you for your service and the yummy food!

First time visiting since the renovations.
Was greeted by a lovely young lady named Emmerson who took the time to listen to my order and ask any questions. She also made conversation and made me enjoy the experience even more.
The store is nice, bright and modern since the renovations.

Amazing customer service! I was so surprised that both girls were only 13 as they were so mature, friendly, professional and really made my day!
Since the store has been under new management, service has gone down significantly. Staff are very slow, and the store closes way too early now. They also don't charge the advertised price for some stuff. I know that Beetroot usually costs extra, but they had an error with their menu board and it showed beetroot as being $0 extra. Under Australian Consumer Law, they have to charge the advertised price (even if that price is incorrect), yet they refused to obey that law.
My husband and I just recently moved back to Woodcroft, and we use to love going to this Subway.but it’s now extremely horrible I have gotten sick from here twice each time I’ve went, the customer service is so rude and just horrible, the food is super cold even tho we get everything heated up, the store isn’t cleaned or looked after! It’s such a shame cause my husband and I use to go here all the time, and now since moving back we will not continue to go here!
I was greeted very enthusiastically by what I assume is the manager. He was lovely and helpful as well as being safety conscious by pointing out a staff members shoe was untied.

The store has been renovated and is under new management. The renovations have left the store looking modern and clean, and the new manger is very nice and enjoys having a conversation with the customers. I would recommend coming to subway Woodcroft if looking for something fresh to eat.
No roast beef, so opted for chicken, it was the stingiest wrap I've ever had, lift your game
This subway store is now under new management and have made many improvements to focus on the customers’ experience and is newly renovated, making it a clean, warm and welcoming space. Staff are more than always happy to help and give beautiful service.

Yesterday I placed an online order for a falafel salad with extra avo. No avo on salad and cheese was clumped all at the bottom. I also ordered a footlong white chicken classic add bacon and paid the extra. Also no bacon and when I asked for the bacon to be refunded the girl did not want to do it until I pushed the matter further.
I rang the manager at Subway woodcroft this morning at 10.15am Adelaide time. She was rude, refused to give me her name but demanded mine and hung up on me.
I am putting this review up to warn others not to go to this store. Customer service is appalling from staff and managers and you do not get what you asked for.
I don't advise parents to encourage their kids to work at this store. Staff, from what I have seen, get treated unfairly, have unrealistic expectations put on them, are overworked, not paid for necessary overtime, have their manager raise her voice at them and are expected to find replacements when they unable to work their shift. I do not know how the manager is still employed. Yes, the parents are watching what you're doing and it is completely unacceptable. Start treating these kids properly - perhaps then you won't be chronically understaffed all the time.
