Subway

Absolutely hopeless when pre ordering over the OTR app. Always forgetting add ons, which you pay good money for. Rarely have they even seen the order by the time I arrive. Seriously, how hard can it be!

This place has become a joke. The staff members hide out of site and there is no way to get their attention until bp staff notice that you haven't been served. This has happened multiple times now. No customer service

Don't order through menulog or Uber eats they didn't give us the right drinks and didn't do our subways correctly and we were missing items for paying 50 dollars for a bloody sandwich it shouldn't be so hard to make the order and we called them and she was so rude on the phone and hung up on me

Absolutely rude blonde girl called Brianna. Terrible customer service. Very rude from the start. Obviously did not want to serve us. Cancelled order and will never return here again. There seems to be a few bad reviews on here by others about her. If management cared about their business would definitely see she was not suited to this job. Definitely did not want to be there was rude and sighing from the start. Disgraceful

The manager needs to talk to the blonde hair team member, her attitude is bad. She kept sighing in front of me while making my sub. Very not friendly and absolutely unpleasant experience.

Thank to Maddy for looking after us so well. The sub were amazing plus Maddy was so fast and very friendly. Thank you a fantastic experience grate customer service.

Extremely bad attitude of blond haired attendant serving customers I have never seen such poor customer service towards a customers. I pulled out of my order and went to Wokinabox instead. Wow

At counter told it's half hour wait for subway due to uber. IM IN THE STORE! IM AVOIDING ALL 0TR FROM NOW ON. I WAS AVERAGING 200 A WEEK WITH FUEL. YOUR LOSS.

7: 30 pm - Rude, didn't ask if I wanted things toasted, considering I ordered 2 of the "grilled wrap" range you'd think that would be a given - guess I'll toast them myself at home. Threw everything together with very little care. Absolutely should have got one of the other options at the Service Station instead. Closest I've been to walking away without paying.

Twice now i have gone for lunch the bread has been stale the lady serving is just all about what to put on it no expression no smile thanxs very much waste of my money!

The lady making the the subway is useless so slow and can barely place cheese on the bread. Boxing Day 2019 absolutely shocking don’t come here thanks

Love the subway food and I am very happy with the happy and friendly staff and allways fix any problems that arise quick and effort

Would give it 5 stars, if the salad bowls and utensils were made of compostable material instead of plastic.

Stood at the counter to be ignored. Walked off to fuel my car and pay for it. Went back to counter again this time waited nearly 10 min with no show of staff.

Not as good as the actual Subway stores, since going into servos they're just not as good. The food doesn't taste as good.

Average when ordered in person, pitiful if using uber eats.

The St Mary's subway is your average subway, but for some reason if you order through Uber eats, they no longer care about your order in the slightest. Several times now they have forgotten simple things like cutting the sub in half, and more important things like forgetting to grill when requested, and even adding the wrong ingredients.

I find it hard to believe that the workers have coincidentally been incompetent each time I've ordered through uber eats, and find it far more likely that they do not care for the consequences of their minimum effort, when you're not there to complain in person. Unacceptable.

Seems it is hard to fulfill my request of a small amount of dressing, they are too much in the habit of doing alot.

Good place, I like that you can choose what to put in your sandwich in every part of it, sometime I come here and I had always a good experience, 4 stars because of the prices, which is more expensive than the other fast foods

Hi went to on the run subway st Mary's this morning was told that the new menu is doing away with the seafood and does not have old English cheese I usually buy subway at least twice a week but no more sorry guy's

Went to Subway at this location for the first time in many years, used to come here at lot when I worked in the area.
Attitude of the staff was terrible.
Place was not clean at all.
Standard of food has slipped away.bread was fresh when it was made, but it must have been a few days ago.
Certainly wouldn't recommend a visit here.
Not possible to give less than 1 star!
