31 Fantastic service. Food is on point, staff are well mannered and considerate, the restaurant itself is presentable and the menu has an army of options. The Manager is awful, I've spent time dining within the restaurant only to overhear multiple staff members complaining about the managers attitude and performance. Food is left unprepared and workers are left second guessing. I've also witnessed some sort of attraction the manager has toward specific female workers. Very unsettling, I'm concerned.
Needs new management asap:/
Simply asked for no onion, they added onion, 3rd time it's happened, the homos that work here are too busy chatting with each other to get the order right.
Wow! I was served today by Liam and his personality and kindness was amazing. I felt so welcomed coming in. This man deserves a raise. 22/02/23 wednesday just letting u know the date so u can tell this man how great he is
Normally this subway is really good. But today was very avg. I mean the staff were friendly, and it looked like they had no prep done for them or cleaning as all there Bins were over full even behind the counter, very limited salads to choose from and unsure of what u just ordered to what to charge u for. It just felt run down in there and not the cleanest when its normally really good in there.

My meatballs were cold: (i normally come in here and they are fine but i had to heat it up in my work grill.i have fallen into a deep depressive state due to this.sadness has become me.i expected better from this great establishment.despite this i will probs be back tomorrow
Horrible customer service, only one person working over lunch and waited over 25 mins to be served. Employees are rude and look and talk as if they don’t want to be there nor care about the food they are handing out.
I walked in and asked what time they close as the girl didn't look happy.i walked in at 8: 15 and was advised they shut at 9. I placed my order and was asked if i wanted it toasted which i wanted and then to be told it was already turned off. I also noticed all the lights were turned off where the meats and salads were. (They clearly didn't want to be there anymore but it would be nice to be greated kindly)
I Was then asked what salads i wanted and apparently there was no lettuce left? No sign or anything advising this, just an empty container with lettuce all around it.
Worst service i have received from this place
Since OTR took over, the prices went up and they don’t participate in Subcard. Last visit I was asked 3 times what I had ordered (which I answered politely each time). The maker of the wraps could have told the cashier? Asked for fresh lettuce (was the last dregs) and was told “it’s all the same”.
Lovely menu to pick from. They now have a hot diggity dog sub which is extremely yummy. Try one today.
This place has gone so down hill.with OTR taking over the prices have gone up for just a tiny bit of avo that doesn’t even spread to the length of the bread, this happened with my ham too- she didn’t even put enough on there to fill up the space that was left on the bread.rude employees
Prices have gone up since this new OTR take over, sick of big companies buying out our small businesses, Now all employees ask is what extra I want added to my sub.doesn’t feel warm and welcoming anymore, just feels like how much money they can drain from me:)
Manager needs to learn to shut her mouth and not scream at a child who has autism/ ADHD and is having a meltdown. Will never go back in that shop.
I had a pulled pork footlong today, it was cold and had just enough pork to not be vegetarian it looked nothing like the advertisement on TV, 2 stars is for the staff who were very nice and courteous
I LOVE Subway although I am absurd at making decisions and just getting Subway is a stressful experience even so the more then makes up for it
Typical Subway experience with staff that probably don't want to be there but will make your sub anyway, hopefully how you ask for it.
Usually good but this time they clearly didn't want to do a GF Quesadilla. Made up a half baked excuse saying they couldn't because they would waste half the wrap that they were gonna charge me $1 for anyway.if you dont want to do at least come up with a better excuse.
Havent had subway for ages experience was awesome, service was fast and very friendly.will definitely visit again

The remodel of the place is kinda meh not much change.
When I do come here I usually get the usual which for me is a foot long chicken schnitzel with lettuce, old English cheese, pickles and sweet onion sauce which is a must have.
Or my other usual is meatball sub which is now named something different which is really much different.
I loved the chicken bandit when that was around my goodness that was delicious.
