Subway

Watched a very rude woman serve a man struggling to understand the menu, she was yelling at him at the loudest level possible, eventually said things like "Can you not read or something? ! " "Choose your option! ", etc etc. The man was old and struggling, he didn't deserve to be treated this way

Best subway in Adelaide. Always fresh and on time service. Highly recommended to visit when in rundle mall. Excellent customer service.

Rudest subway ever. Honestly couldn’t believe it. The lady was serving the man in front and was so so rude to him. Fair enough he was struggling to decide but still treat the poor guy with some respect/ kindness.
I decided I did not want her ruining my day. So left and went elsewhere. No need to be so unkind to customers. Such a shame. Happened Monday 28/08/2023 at 1505.

I was the first one on the line and the old lady with fringe hair said “it won’t be long, I will take your order”. She starts taking order of other guys behind me and ignored me completely. The service is not great at all. I was the first one to wait there and she ignored me. So I had to find other place to eat. Very rude and recommended. She shouldn’t be working there.

This old lady was serving in the morning of 1st August 10: 15. Terrible service extremely rude to the customers and was racist to us and other customers saying out of hand things and screaming on everyone. Not acceptable and I will never order from here again.

One of the training staff members got my order wrong and I kindly requested for my order to be remade. The old lady who works who I think is the manager asked me to “go away” in an extremely rude manner and followed up by saying “I’ve had enough”. This is not how customers should be treated and I am not sure how she’s allowed to work there if that’s how she talks to her customers.

Worst Subway I have ever had…. Even the staff are confused about the menu and they don’t even know about customer satisfaction or service… just worst subway worst worst worst. Thank you

"I was highly disappointed with the service I received at Subway. I ordered a regular falafel salad bowl and was shocked to see how little falafel and veggies were in it. The amount of salad given was so little that I could finish it in just four spoons. When I asked for more, the lady was very unprofessional and rude. I couldn't believe how poorly they treated their customers. I wouldn't go back to this place even if it was the last restaurant on earth. "

Rundle Place Subway please add more salads like the other Subways. Disappointed. Also, the manager needs to speak to staff in a kinder way. Won't be back for lunch breaks.

Went to buy a subway 20 minutes before closing to be told that they had stopped taking orders for the day.business must be so good to be able to close off early.

Manager is extremely rude and does not care for customer service, employees were treated poorly and made the whole experience uncomfortable

Salad is so Good. I didn't even like sald but the choice of sauce is incredibly good. I like the garlioc Aoily here. The ambience is so good. It's perfect place for those who need to go quickly.

Cookies were broken and a mess. Macadamia in with other types of cookies, so I wasn't able to eat them, allergic. One person serving customers, one just standing at the till. When they could've been helping to do the salads or topping up. Meatball Mozza pot wasn't hot bearly lukewarm. The salad and meat area was a mess and needed to be restocked and given a good clean.

Was waiting in the queue and the lady came and started serving other one despite I was in the queue, when I asked her to serve me in stead she started showing rude behavior and choosen wrong bread other being requesting her. Then she banged on me and told me that she is not gonna serve me and then reminded me to post the review as she is leaving the job and doesn't care and told me to post review with her name and doesn't care. Thanks Lea for amazing service

Had a really bad experience here this morning. Straight away the lady who served me was rude and impatient. I didn’t enjoy a single second of the transaction with her and she made me feel as if I was ruining her day just by ordering a sandwich. Really really poor customer service.

Great service, great food. I have Been coming here for years and always get spoilt. Thankyou subway
