42Just ordered and received grissle in chicken brown lettuce and then they put in three hot cookies in a bag. Threw the lot in the bin
I came in the store at 4: 30pm and I literally had to wait for approximately 20mins and that's because the sandwich artist (some slim girl) was busy chit chatting with some another customer. I understand to wait is the customer is having any issue but she was just casually chatting with the customer. You should serve the customers first. Bad experience!
Poor Service, today afternoon there were only couple of pieces of capsicum left in the container and girl has put only those in my bread instead of bringing more from inside, until I asked and even then she just added only couple more. I wanted my footlong bread with only three salads, girl was making my sub with tiny leftover amount of salads, thats not worth the price I paid for it. That was not how a subway sandwich should be, that was a bread with some salad sprinkled in it.
Don’t want to go there again.
Ordered food through Uber eats. Had no chicken, no avocado or cheese in the sub I had ordered. Absolutely disappointed with the service and the fact they would send it missing items. If they where out of items could of contacted to change the order instead left with a sloppy sub with basically nothing on it.
A girl serving us was very angry and threw damaged bread angrily at the wall in the cooking area and pounding doors. She was just showing her anger in an indirect way. We were scared…. The owner of the subway might be in trouble due to his staff.
Poorly managed and poorly run.
I have visited 5 times in the last 6 weeks due to working nearby and I have left without ordering 4 of those times because they are out of key ingredients. No avocado - 3 times, and today - no bacon.
All I want is a ham, bacon and avocado sub.how hard is it to manage stock levels, or if stocks aren't received, empower the staff to walk across to Woolies or Aldi which are in the same complex and buy some?
At least the nearby sushi shop has benefitted on each occasion, and will in the future too, as that's where I'll buy my lunch from now on.
Went in on the 5/03 and the worker was unreasonably rude. She began to throw items that ran out at the back corner and started to lash out. We were a group of 4 girls and we were all treated ridiculously rude. However, she was working alongside grace who was lovely. Though, I would never go here again because the service was HORRIBLE.
Fast and efficient service; however, if you are wanting a toasted subway you may not get it as it doesn't stay in the toaster for very long (or they just need new toaster!).
Had a delivery through Uber eats. Bread was half missing and very poor quality with everything just falling out. Tried to call store several times and didn’t bother to answer even though they are suppose to be open at the time. Have subsequently also contacted Uber eats. This sub should have never left the store.
Lined up and waited for 15 minutes until I walked out. The 2 staff on were too busy making uber orders to serve physical people lined up. The staff didn't seem to care that I walked out won't be going there again
Used door dash and this store gave the wrong food to the driver. We ordered again and they gave the wrong food to the 2nd driver.
Cherie is always been my favourite Subbie. So I trust her making my sub. Quick and efficient. Good to see you still smiling.
What kind of a joke is this.ive seen kids make a better sandwich! Find another store or better yet dont use subway all together until they provide quality products!
I've been here twice now in the mornings at 8.45am. Both times they have been unorganised and not at all ready to start the day despite opening at 8am and not a single customer around! I was told I'd have to wait 4 mins this morning for a simple seafood sub. I walked out!

Actually still in shock. I went to Relish around the corner to get a coffee while my mum ordered some cookies. Went to meet her at subway to find her still waiting to be spoken to, while another worker was out the back not coming to help the growing line. She did come out to give some tongs to the other lady and just went back. We didn’t even get a “sorry, just a moment”. Ended up leaving after 15 minutes with nothing. Disappointing. Not the wait time that was annoying, just the lack of communication.
Went for dinner and there was a blaring phone on loudspeaker with someone saying their prayers the whole time
Bread was Rock hard and stale, my jaffle wasnt toasted before being pressed so the cheese wasnt melted AND she charged me for a footlong when I ordered a 6inch. Wowww damn girl honestly
This is repeatedly the worst subway in Adelaide. From poorly made sandwiches, no ingredients, not fresh food. It’s time they did something to improve it.
If you want to have a sub with stale bread and veggies this is the best place. Awful food and disrespectful staff. Sub was full of sauce and patty was not even toasted properly. Worst subway experience. Even was not able to enjoy the view with the pathetic sub, had to throw it eventually.
This was probably the best run Subway I've been to in quite some time) The staff had a system that made things run SO efficiently, & it was busy/peak time when I was there (midday today). They were also strategically placed catering to their strengths (the lass taking payment had impeccable customer service/was very sweet, the other lass making my food made such a good sub/clearly knew what she was doing, & the chap taking the order meant business/kept the ball rolling.
Really was impressed, the best Subway I've been to since moving to Adelaide (& I've been to about 6 or 7 different Subway's here).
Oh also, in case anyone cares. This IS one of the Subway's that run the better/more popular specials (like the $5 sub & $3.40 meal deal), so that was nice too.
