Not very customer service focused and have to repeat yourself at least 5 times as they don't speak English very well.
Pros:
Perfect location with all other shops. Value for money healthy food. Staffs are agile and good. Ambience is chilled out with road views and seating outside.i will come back again.

Worst subway. Freezing cold chicken schnitzel. Higher prices yet cant put the effort in to make it properly. I don't know if they were a trainee, but they will need further training.
Easy access, plenty of light inside seating, good selection of food, reasonable prices, and plenty of parking. Recommend for a quick, healthy bite.
The 2 staff were being trained on a busy lunch shift by one other team member. I was overcharged on my card, then after noticing this they tried to process a credit, but the machine was asking for the merchant card first. I was told just to swipe my card, of course it didn't work they insisted I try again, no merchant card but try mine again. Then it was decided to give me a cash refund for the difference. Took my order, got home 10 mins later only to find one half of my order was the sub made for the person next to me at the shop. This was a case of poor management practices from the owner of this business, and totally inexperienced staffing under pressure.
The place was so messy, bread was stale because they left the bloody bread door open, seating tables were covered in mess, customer service was garbage and the salads were all old. Not worth it.
I usally don't have subway for my lunch, when sometimes i do these sort stores just ruins my experience.
Today at around 3: 30 two ladies were just being annoyed and awful while serving me such pethetic customer service these sort people jusy ruins the brand name never ever recommend this store to anyone.
Staff friendly but the eating area could have been much cleaner tables were not cleaned down crumbs on chairs and the preparation area was not that clean either.
They include the inner sheet of white paper, unlike some other locations, which makes the sub easier to manage when unwrapping / rewrapping.
Sub was good.but food is not the everything for which we visit a particular restaurant. Respect and courtesy is the basic thing which the customers should get. But the owner was soooooooooo rude.and arrogant. I don't know why.as if we made a mistake by buying the food from there. Be careful guys. I don't know what the lady thinks about herself that she treats her customers in such a way.
Subway Unley Road. Over priced checken salad with barely any content. 3 strips of chicken hardly any lettuce, 5 pieces of olive. $9. ABSOLUTE RIPOFF! Rude staff. Don't waste your money. Go to Maccas. At least you get value for money!

On Saturday the 30th of November at 8.50pm I received the WORST service I have EVER experienced! The young lady that served me was talking at me in an aggressive and very rude manner! For starters she muddled up both of my orders and failed to apologise when I mentioned it and then she ditched it in the bin and starting slamming the doors of ALL the appliances! I WILL NEVER return to the malvern subway because this experience has left me feeling utterly disgraced and appalled! I hope that the manager of Malvern subway reads this message and rethinks her position at the establishment!
Very friendly staff and fast workers without rushing your sandwich. I'd rather go out of my way to this subway than one that's closer.
I'm always suspicious when ordering meatballs. The sub tasted alright but the food poisoning was an extra we could have done without. This is what happens when people with little to no food handling experience buy food businesses.
My guess.reused meatballs from yesterday.

One of the worst subways to visit. No toilets or facilities to wash hands which is very frustrating. Out of a common bread, despite being early on a weekend evening. Not offering the 'sub of the day' despite every other store offering the promotion. Keep driving and visit the one at mitcham or at an OTR.
Great food. Being @ the end of the day both working & retail wise, the staff were very accommodating & bought some lovely fresh rolls & cakes. Awesome customer service
