Repairs completed on balcony for sloping/rotten support posts and rotten support beam. Work completed quickly and to a high standard, balcony now level. Discussed all work necessary before carrying out, efficient and tidied up afterwards, free quote of cost of work and no hidden costs. Team were polite and friendly, would definitely use again and recommend to others.

SRS did a brilliant job of raising our house. The team worked incredibly hard even though the temperatures were high while they were working. They left the area swept every day they were here and did a thorough clean up when they had completed the job.
They made an incredible effort to save my plants which I really appreciated.

I engaged SRS to do underpinning work to support sandstone verandah pillars which had subsided at my home in the eastern suburbs of Adelaide. They had done more extensive work at a nearby property which is why I called them. From the moment that Brenton arrived to quote the work he gave me the confidence that that would do a professional job - and I was not disappointed. SRS started the work on the day they said they would and the underpinning work exceeded my expectations in lifting and re-orienting the verandah pillars. The work area was kept safe during the job and left clean and tidy once finished. They even came back the next day to put some clean top soil on an adjacent garden bed. Overall I was very pleased that I chose SRS to do this work.

I am very happy with the work that was done.
The water tap was moved to a more convenient place.
A concrete path was made along the front of the house, and the old cracked and slippery concrete veranda was removed, and a new non slippery concreted veranda put in.
The underpinning work lifted the foundations.
The old cracked concrete driveway was removed, and underneath where it had been cracked, there was an area about five feet deep of soft soil that they removed and road rubble was placed into the hole to support the new cement driveway.
The builder hadn't attached the downpipe to the pipe that drains out the water onto the street. This was fixed by Structural Restoration Services, and another pipe was also added to drain water out to the street from the opposite side of the house.
My neighbour told me that he was very impressed, and that he sat out the front and watched the work being done for three hours and he was amazed at how quickly and efficiently the job was done.
There was a lot of work to be done and they got onto it speedily.
I recommend Structural Restoration Services to anyone wanting a great job done, and I'm thankful that I chose the right people to do the work for me.

Our 70 year old porch roof was leaking and showing signs of failure with large cracks appearing in the concrete. Although this was a relatively small job, Brenton and his team were responsive and professional. They repaired the structural integrity, waterproofed the top and painted the porch and wall to match.

I recommend getting Brenton from SRS to have a look at any concrete/structure issues you might have.

The Guys at SRS helped me fix my dodgy retaining wall. Of all the structural Engineers I contacted it was only these guys who instilled in me a sense of confidence, and reassurance and were very upfront about the costs and the step by step work needed to fix it. Most of the others were a bit wishy washy or scant on the details and costs for the whole job or offered half measures as solutions. I found them professional and their work of a high quality. I can now sleep better at night thanks to them not worrying about my house collapsing onto my neighbours property.

They helped pinpoint the cause of my flooring being uneven, was going to get the whole house underpinning redone.turns out it's an insurance claim due to broken pipe. Report was done in a timely manner, very professional.

The team were polite, tidy and worked in my best interest. Following the commencement of work an alternate plan was made to repair our house footings which resulted in some cost savings.
