Dr. Scott Lewis is a fantastic doctor, who is very professional in his duty of care. Very easy going and I would highly recommend him. The surgery itself is a welcoming place with lovely staff.

This was the first time visiting this medical centre, as we only moved here in September last year. The doctor was very friendly, and put me at ease with him straight away. He was very helpful and I will be continuing to see him as my doctor.

All I can say is Thank You ladies.so much for today. After some pretty horrid "doctor experiences" in recent times, and almost having given up on finding an open-minded, lovely, understanding, compassionate, female doctor. Today. Reception staff, then DrJemma have so graciously restored my faith in female doctors and humane reception staff! What a delight.all of you.and Thank you from my heartxox.

First visit after moving into the area 8 months ago. Found the staff friendly and the experience was positive. Dr. Richard Lewis was friendly and I look forward to establishing a relationship with this practice over time.

Very efficient booking me in by phone explained clearly the Covid requirements
Followed all Covid 19 protocols at reception as explained on the phone
Dr was on time and was professional and courteous as normal efficiently processed by reception at end of appointment

The doctor was lovely but the gargoyle guarding the door was horrible I understand covid is an issue but no need to jump down peoples necks I was trying to scan the QR code on the door when you told me not to touch the door and keep my distance you need to work on the way you speak to people as it wasn’t needed and to make us sit outside like animals with limited seats (I’ll be finding another drs to attend now)

I was happy with my own appointment but very unhappy (along with other folk in the waiting room) when an elderly lady using a walking frame and on oxygen, was told she must wait outside even though she had an exemption for wearing a mask. It was very heartless and there was a lot of unhappiness in that qualifying room as we heard the lady being asked to go outside.

Clinic was running 30 mins late for my appointment. A system to notify patients they are running late would be helpful as some people need to leave their casual employment early to make 4pm appointments. This would prevent unnecessary unpaid leave for work. Just as a courteous patient would notify the clinic if they were running late.
I do understand that some appointments run over time and these accumulate over the period of a day. Would be just good to receive a text half an hour before the appointment to indicate that the appointment will be delayed.
However, support staff and doctor were very friendly and otherwise provided an excellent level of care.

I was a new patient so attended early to fill out the paperwork. All reception staff were polite and helpful. Appointment was on time and Dr was very helpful. My scripts were renewed as electronic prescriptions. Well done 10/10

It is much more convenient to be able to have follow up appointments via phone. I have an excellent relationship with my GP and feel he has my wellness completely covered.

All staff including receptionists, nurse and especially Dr Melville, are exceptionally obliging, kind and understanding. I’m so grateful to them all for their brilliant care.
