Beautiful small caravan park opposite a picturesque cricket/AFL oval. Grassed sites, some with a shade cloth for the Annex floor. Amenities very clean. Prices reasonable, it's also very popular. Some shade from huge pine trees that line some of the park. One of the most glorious towns to visit in SA.
A good park situated in the middle of the town and adjacent to the oval. Very well maintained with excellent facilities,
Lawned sites, park kitchen, laundry, tennis courts.and only a 5 minute walk to the main shopping area, and has two hotels that serve excellent meals. Also has numerous take away shops plus an excellent eat in bakery.

Nice little park. We booked a ensuite site, quoted via email $40/night but charged when we arrived $45/night. Guess they had a price rise overnight. Very clean and maintained. Nice walk into town for dinner.
A good caravan park. Clean amenities and plenty of hot water. Walking distance to town. Let down by surly unhelpful staff. We asked to change spots as a strong wind was blowing dust from the road but were told the park was fully booked. At least 10 spots were still unoccupied that evening and the next morning. The staff member just couldn’t be bothered.
Cancelled our booking last minute during peak season to accept a longer booking leaving us with no suitable accommodation. Disgusting customer service.
Great park. Big site for our big van, green grassy sites. Fun afternoon playing tennis. Big oval next door to walk the dog. Clean amenities. Lisa is so friendly and has special treats for doggos. Super quiet especially at night time which is exactly what we were looking for. Great base to explore the Fleurieu Peninsula. Thanks Lisa, will definitely come back when we're in SA again
Booked us in for a 2 room cabin weeks ago for NYE. They then rung the day before to move us to a 1 bedroom due to having a longer booking they wanted to accept. They told me they have a 3 night minimum. Funny I wasn't told that when they accepted my booking via email and phone confirmation.
Affordable, quiet and very clean.
Called in the afternoon to book ahead and lucky we did because it was fully booked by the time we arrived.
Amenities and grounds were immaculate.
Laundry had machines and ironing boards. Dryer dried everything in one cycle!
Staff were really lovely.
There were some mozzies but seems like they’re everywhere at the moment.
Highly recommend this caravan park ️
What a wonderful surprise. Both the caravan park and Strathalbyn. The CP is extremely well run and the team of Lisa and Ang are doing a great job. The amenities are spotless the grounds are perfectly manicured. All within a very short stroll to town. Great pubs and cafes if you need them.
Last minute decision to stay in Strathy a few weeks back. Glad I did.
Found a very friendly team in Kym and Angela. Very accommodating with a smile and a chat. Stayed here again on the way back home.
Very central to the village and all its stunning architecture, the Adelaide Hills and the coastal destinations of Port Elliot, Victor Harbour etc.
Good place to stay to visit all areas. Toilets and showers need updating, also need more. 9.30 a bit early for cleaning amenities.
Wonderful park well laid out with friendly staff and with superbly clean amenities I would recommend this park all day long.
Great services, location to eateries great, very clean tidy amenities, grounds are great green grass yay, good size sites, location to wineries etc,
Well recommend.
Great park -great location to town- amenities clean & very good - cramped sites - good on site manager-lovelt/cute town
Great little park. Grassed large sites and clean well maintained showers and toilets. Excellent location - huge footy oval one side and netball/tennis courts on the other. Walking distance to main street where there are a variety of shops, bakery and Woolworths. Really nice stay.
Stayed in onsite 2 bedroom villa that they called the Blue Wren overlooking the river and wetlands. Had double bed and bunks in separate room, kitchen/dining, lounge, separate w.c and shower. Clean though guests of certain proportion would find negotiating some spaces a real test. Limited external amenity in/out park but only short walk to servo restaurant.
