Store isn't too bad but some stock was very dusty.
Staff were friendly and the range might be small but order's weren't a problem within a day or two.

Phoned with a request for a tool shed - supply and install. Was told to send an email outlining my needs which I did. I have been calling for over a week and every time am told that they are very busy and to call back. No service at all. I guess they don't want to sell any sheds

After leaving a negative review i went back there the sales man obviously recognised me and apologised for previous instance.so all good happy to recomend and happy to update my review as ive had very good service from stratco in the past i have purchased many things from there and will continue to do so

Hay Mark, Richard Tapp tells me that you are the man to talk to on delivery service.
We had a shed delivery at 10182 Hunter Rd Cowirra 5238 just yesterday.
I must give credit where it’s due, and that is rare these days.
Your driver/delivery man deserves full compliments. He was on time, friendly, courteous and nothing was too much trouble. It was a pleasure dealing with him.
My apologies for not remembering his name but I’m sure you have that in hand.

Helpful staff, sadly lack of space for a better range of products. Sadly no local delivery services available, delivery comes from Adelaide via online ordering. Which costs more for customers. Suggestion is that Stratco setup a local delivery service to benefit customers.

Very helpful staff. Limited stock as it is a small store, however they are more than willing to get anything in for you.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. ABSOLUTLY HOPELESS. I rang at 8am and booked a tank to be picked up at 2pm as they informed me they only had 2 so when i came to pick up OH sorry all sold. So guess what NO more trips to shop at STRATCO. (Sharon Waterman)

As always the customer service at Stratco Murray Bridge was second to none. Mark Rob and Kelly are always welcoming

If you take a wrong turn at Bunnings and end up in here, take a look around before you buy anything and ask yourself ‘why is there no other people in the store? ’. You will find yourself in a store with minimal customer service and maximum mark up. Over the seven years that I lived in Murray Bridge I think I spent about $5 in here which is a shame because Stratco actually have some good products.
