We went to Stratco to get our new patio built
where told that Stratco RECOMMENDS
WESTERN HOME IMPROVEMENTS
Now we find out that the company THAT THEY RECOMMEND
has gone belly up
so the phone call was made to Stratco
And yep got what I thought would happen

I would never recommend Stratco to builders or home renovatos. This organisation had an order from our builder for roof sheets, facias and gutters simple right … no. We live out of adelaide and irganised delivery so on the first delivery which we had to wait a week for after order, when loading they dropped the order damaging the facias and guttering but no they did not bring the roof sheet which my builder was at our property waiting for but they also did not tell the builder ir make contact so when they did not turn up and he called they made several excuses. It does not end here why did they not send the sheets up at least he could have done part of the job. Then the delivery of the dheets a few days later after complaint the driver was late after we were promised a morning delivery and the driver was less than confident doing his job. (not great english speaking either) when thefacias and gutters did not artive then either we were promised a tuesday not a friday delivery due to their incompetance not my builders as i listened to all conversations with stratcopromised the tuesday by lunchtime delivery the builder got the sheet on pretty quick and then waited when not here by lunch time he called and they said between 3-6pm so the builder stayed so he could finish the job but you guessed it the tracking yold us the truck was in Salisbury at 5.45pm and so he rang again. No excuses just its not getting to your place today. The builder said he was very disappointed and angry that he had been fooled into thinking the delivery would be made the admin he spoke to said they promised it would be delivered today wed 21st at 7am its 6.46 am now with no confiration calls made. I cannot see the delivery arriving any time soon. So dont trust stratco they lie and are very unprofessional.

I have signed my contact on 30/01/20 with stratco authorised supplier and till now nothing happening. They forgot to submit my application to council and after eight weeks later they called me and told me they ll do the approval by three weeks. Today 14/05/20 nothing happened.

I feel exactly the same as Janie 5 deliveries now and I'm still having to ring up and say I dont have my roof sheets for ahead package. And the wall sheeting I received the 4th time they came to me is bent and I'm trying to get replaced. "HI hales bent and you forgot my roof, can I have it in delivery number 6 or 7"?

Extremely unhappy with the whole process from start to what is still unable to be finished
Slap dash attitude added to a pass the buck situation then just ignored didnt want a star but to be able to post it was necessary

Place is going backwards they now closed the coffee shop and cut staff I not going there anymore

Please employ people in the garden centre who actually have a clue! I knew what I needed and explained to assistant, but ended up leaving to buy elsewhere due to lack of knowledge!
