There beautiful staff at munno para shopping centre but need to no about seniors card to find out about discounts on bags

Bought a suitcase, I was undecided on the size, the assistant suggested the big one with the best advice. ' you don't have to fill it' The bag is great, and I didn't fill it, too the point I was able to put my carry-on on it on the way home. Very helpful staff.

Needed a new "lightweight" cabin bag. Purchased a good quality bag that is half the weight of my existing. So, I can now easily pack what I need without going over the 7kg limit.

Lots of different bags but store prices are more expensive than online sale price for the same item and they won't price match their own product. Hence why stores are closing. Very silly a sale is a sale.

I went in a while back to look for a new bag after my handbag was stolen and when I left, I was followed out of the store by one of the employees who thought I stole a bag. For the record she realised she made a mistake and didn't Apologise. I fully understand they have to be vigilant but, they could of been more discreet about it and not grabbed my arm. I've never felt so disrespected in this way and I will never shop at any Strandbags again.

Love this shop. Staff are always attentive and friendly. They have a plethora of bags, suitcases, wallets, etc. I NEVER leave there empty handed

The staff are just wonderful and so so helpful. I fell in love with a purse and found that online, it was $9 cheaper. Without hesitation, the woman who served me instantly reduced the price for me in store. I was left 100% satisfied and I would recommend Strandbags Munno Para to anyone.

Located on the right side of the Munno Para mall, from the southern entrance.
I was advised to look on the website if I could not find what I wanted. Then I could call the store to arrange for it to be brought in.
I was very impressed with the commitment to Customer service that was provided.

Bought a white Bluebird handbag the other day as a gift, but after chucking out the bill and tags, I realized one of the zips on the inside did not work, I paid 40 dollars for it and that was the sale price, makes you wonder whether any of their other products are worth it. Be sure to check all the zips henceforth if you buy something from this store.the last time I bought an orange bag from them and after 6 months the zips didn't work either, maybe you guys at the store need to talk to your suppliers:).
