Stockade Tavern

First thing first I come every day to play pokies so they know that's what I'm there for, so I order a coke which is free if you're playing but I was waiting for the machine I play to be unoccupied so they said they will charge me for it because I wasn't playing yet so I turned it back.

Then when the lady left the machine she reserved it which is a maximum of 3mins so I waited for 6 then asked the staff if I could remove the sign without being in trouble only to be told we will time it from now the managers words but clearly you guys can't even follow your own rules or manage your staff.

Not happy that the Bar Tenders didn't let me borrow a phone after my mobile phone battery went flat and the nearby Public Phones were broken. I needed to call my wife to come and pick me up and while I was to be waiting, I would have bought a pint of beer to drink. Instead, I walked out without buying a beer. I had to walk a bit of a way to the shopping area to find another Public Phone, luckily this phone was working. This occured at about 11pm on Monday night, 18-12-2023.

This pub I love it great staff grate feeling when there and u truly have a great time and a chance to win there definitely not a greedy place place if u want to have a bit of fun and a spin or a bet only pub I gone in having fun walked out still having fun

Not a family hotel 2bars open one in a gaming room and 1 in a tab room ideal for gambling no meals only snacks toilets not very clean

Hotels that only have the bulk standard beers (Great Northern, West Enda, Coopers, Carlton, Furphy) on tap, I usually walk away from.

Great atmosphere and the meals were great value price wise.

There is a sign outside the pokie section of this tavern that reads. Dragon Cash, More of what you want here now, Gamble Responsibility. This sign is misleading. Especially when it relates to gambling. For we all know that when people gamble they win some, lose some. Please remove this sign. This sign is offensive to those who are seeking the gambling help service which is located across the road.

Very racist management. Never ever going there again. Wouldn't recommend any people of colour to go there. Very racist right to the top.

Lovely, friendly staff, honestly awesome team you guys have there. I noticed some major renovations and upgrades have been completed recently which look really nice. Unfortunately the menu in the sports bar upgraded too, I miss the burger, chips and pint deal, it was incredible value and super tasty! I opted for the buffalo wings and beer jug deal instead the other day and received dry, overcooked wings (flats) instead, no buffalo sauce unfortunately. Also, I have to add that the ranch is terrible, try a different variety, anything but the one you're serving currently. Please don't get too fancy with your food, we still need a place with that classic pub grub. Still love the pub and other menu items though and will continue to come back.:)

Over 30years of my dedication watching a place grow and evolve. Fish Friday is my favorite lunch, and I have never seen any fights or disagreement like another place in the area. 9/10

Once again a lovely meal of panko prawns. The food and staff were very nice, I would recommend dinning here
