I took my electric chainsaw in as the chain was blunt and had come off the chain holder. They advised me the chain teeth were beyond sharpening and so I took their advice and got a new chain which they fitted on the spot for me. Very happy with the price ($39) and the job being done on the spot. The new blade cuts like a knife thru butter. So happy. Have used them for a Motor Mower service and very happy with that as well. Great service Stihl Fulham.

There is no better place than The Stihl Shop Fulham for product knowledge, customer service and satisfaction. I use this team for repairs and sales through my workplace and also my personal gear. The helpful ‘can do’ attitude from these guys is incredible, you won’t find a better team to help you out with your gear. They have the best range of equipment and the knowledge to go with it. Their repairs are always fixed first time and you will never be left wondering if a part has come in or if your tool is repaired yet, they keep you updated along the way with text messages so you know where you stand. Y lawn mower been there twice. First they said it's really worth it to repair to repair, only ised once after the repair then the lawn mower didnt work again. Brought it back to them replaced coils work $145 again and then when i picked it up wasnt working brought it back again. Wasnt happy at all. The bloke said thats why Im not buying secondhand one. Was embarassed by buying secondhand lawn mower by the repairer which they said it's worth to repair it and when the lawn mower didnt work again they will say "dont need to buy secondhand one". They earned money from me as well, i paid for the repair and at the end i was embarassed because i bought a secondhand lawn mower

Serviced my Stihl Mini-Boss and and works an absolute treat. Being an older model it needed some troubleshooting and some digging for parts but got the job done quite quickly, for a very fair price and most importantly to an extremely high standard. Highly recommend.

As per the reviews that I read, which is why I ended up there. Very good range, straightforward advice and I spent $2k on a new saw and accessories, brought it home and it's awesome.

Recently went in to get a chainsaw blade sharpened. Learnt why it is now useless, was advised on a sharperner for when in use, service and expertise was amazing. Will be back with other tools that need servicing.
