Pool went in ok, he is cheaper than the rest but now I know why. The one job a pool company NEED's to do is get the pool level, but water never lies. Unfortunately I now walk out everyday to our backyard to see a pool that is 25 mm out of level. There is also a large bulge in the side wall which is manufacture defect.anyone who gets a pool installed needs to make sure it is level before back filling. There is nothing the company can do to fix it. Let the images speak for themselves.

Brought a pool from statewide pools, very pleased with the work the boys have done, excellent price, good customer service and a big thanks to Peggy for his honesty and customer service! Very pleased with the outcome, would highly recommend!

Had a pool installed by Statewide Pools After one year Statewide Pool ended coming to put 8 patches in the shell After this the pool was still leaking Tried to get Statewide Pool to fix the problems but they didn’t want to know Their customer service doesn’t exists And all you get is abuse from them Still trying to solve the problem involving consumer affairs

Big thank you to Pagey and his team for installing our pool. His team of installers were fantastic and done the best job. Great quality pool and was the best price in town. They installed the special Summerwave inverter heat pump after the pool was installed and it is fantastic, very quiet and the pool is super warm. Great job from start to finish and the kids are loving it, thank you once again.

We had an awesome experience with statewide pools. The customer service is amazing and Pagey is so easy to work with he completely knew what we wanted and had everything arranged very fast!
This pool shop has a great range of pool chemicals aswel which makes it so easy to maintain the pool at all times and Pagey and the team will help out.

My husband and I would thoroughly recommend Statewide Pools. From start to finish they delivered as promised and on time. Pagey provided excellent management and service throughout the build and promptly got back to us if we had any questions. The only thing that made us happy about the pool was hearing our children really laugh again after losing their sister Jaymie-Lee.

Sorry for long post, please watch & share. We are extremely emotionally destroyed at this point of time.

The decision to share this to social media has been difficult, as this was always going to be a social media free zone.
Our own private sacred space to share with our children, family & friends.

We hope by sharing our review it will prevent this nightmare happening to anyone else.

We wish we did more research into statewide pools & there reviews on social media, not just his webpage.

We have been advised that we are well with in our rights to review a product in a honest/factual manner with evidence to back us up.

We are pleased to say we have loads of evidence including photos, text, voice recording (Pagey was told he was being recorded) our contract, letter from local council & a written independent reports.

Our main advice for anyone looking at making a huge family investment by purchasing a pool: Hold plenty of money back until you get everything done properly, $1000 is nowhere near enough.
Get everything in writing (lucky for us we did), every little detail.

Mostly: MAKE SURE YOU CHECK WITH POOL & SPA ASSOCIATION, THAT THE COMPANY YOU WISH TO PURCHASE YOUR INVESTMENT THROUGH IS A MEMBER.
Before signing up with any pool company. Statewide pools were not a member!

Pagey is well aware we are extremely disappointed with the pool he installed for us. He was well aware we made this purchase to fulfil our family dream. A dream we had for many years before our daughter passed away.
What makes this worse for us is knowing Pagey was well aware we were struggling emotionally & financially (taking the payment of our pool, out on our mortgage)
Pagey gave us his word that it would be a stress free install, Pagey had a pool ready to go asap because it was the wrong colour for another customer (depending on council approval)

We purchased a pool from statewide pools on the 24th June 2017.
The installation of the fibreglass pool was started on the 12th august 2017 by Pagey & his team of employees.
When the pool install was completed we noticed that an electric heating system had been installed instead of a solar heating system no solar provision (as per contract).
When we advised Pagey of this he did not want to change the system to a solar system, so we held back the final payment of $1000. We are still not happy with the electric heater that has been installed, it is not what we paid for.
Since then we have been advised the warranty on the electric heater is void due to not having 1.5meter clearance from fan & our boundary fencing.

On the 20th January 2018 we contacted statewide pools regarding the first problem (3 cracks) we were experiencing with the pool losing water. Pagey personally came & inspected the pool and advised us, not to worry he could fix the issues, we were experiencing, due to it being a hollow floor, causing stress on the fibreglass shell.
So much for 25 year warranty.
2 YEARS ON AND WE ARE STILL WAITING!
PLEASE FIX OUR POOL?

Very happy with the service and supplied from statewide pools on the installation on my pool.
I would fully recommend the service from Statewide pool as they wont be beaten on price and service.

Statewide pools were very accommodating to our requests, very quick turn around with great service. Pagey took care of everything and we were swimming in the new pool within 4 weeks including council approval.

Worst operator. Do not go with this man. Pagie is dishonest, tradies are cowboys. Once he has your cash anyfuture service is over. He gives a bad name to the industry. Honestly people do not waste your hard earned money. Leaks, leaks and more leaks. Poor quality pumps and materials. Only gave 1 because I can't give a minus.

We are so happy with our pool.
Pagey has been in this business for years and certainly knows what he’s doing. We saved thousands of dollars as there is no fancy showroom, no sales people and office staff, just Pagey and Craig. Amazing pool shell quality (much thicker than Aust standard) made here in SA saving us more money. 9.5 metre pool and it has been dropped in extremely well-levelled!
Pagey answers any questions and gives advice along the way because he is the owner and project manager, not a salesperson like we had with the other company who quoted for us (that guy just wouldn’t leave our house or stop calling us!)
Trades people are all the same people who work for the other big pool companies. Especially love Rob who did our coping job!
Only thing I would suggest is a bit more time explaining the filter and chlorinater system. We struggled a bit to understand the way it works.

We are real people and are happy for you to contact Pagey if you’d like our address to come and have a look at our pool. We’ve had one happy summer with hopefully many to come!

Just wanted to put out a big thanks to Pagey from Statewide Pools. We love our pool and the service is fantastic. Even after 14 months of the pool being installed our neighbour had a heap of soil delivered and it turned our pool brown. After spending big $$$ at the local pool shop and still didn't clear it up we called Pagey. He came out that same day to have a look. Our pool guy suggested we change the sand in the filter as it was lumpy and Pagey not only supplied us with glass instead of sand for free was amazing as he didn't need to do this after 14 months. So a big shout out to Statewide Pools owner Pagey. So very happy thanks again.

It was amazing to deal with a guy called cagey. But I got best value for money pool everything went smooth and loving my pool. Thanks to the guys at statewide and extra one to the dark tanned guy ragey

The pool was installed a month ago. Kids have been enjoying it ever since, even though we are still working on everything around it.

Everything that Pagey said would happen along the way did. He followed the job from start to finish. I recommend understanding the process, and asking lots of questions so you know what to expect. You will then have a great pool ready for the family.

Once the dig started it was a week To be swimmable. Then depending on settling and availability, up to two weeks for the concrete beam. (ours was less).
