Item was left at the Adelaide airport for 4 days despite being guaranteed same day delivery. I called up today to see If I could pick it up instead and it’s “magically” on its way to the next depot. The website for StarTrack has not been updated and Auspost have not received it despite the lady on the phone saying it had been handed off to them. I was told I would get the delivery same day yet it’s 4 days late and I’m being told tomorrow is the earliest it will arrive.

StarTrack are a side branch from Auspost and I genuinely highly recommend staying away from them both.

Small parcel was sent Monday 11th, got to Adelaide Airport on the morning of the 12th, over six days later it's still there. It's only 70km away. Decided to drive to Adelaide and pick it up personally.

Never ever use StarTrack! The worst unreliable service anyone could use. We were having our dog’s script of insulin delivered when required through StarTrack. Pet Chemist interstate would handover the small foam box with special ice packs with insulin to be delivered on the following day in the morning! This time it was not delivered and StarTrack have it but cannot deliver or find it. My husband went down to depot which is only 10 mins away. They cannot find it still. So hence when it’s found tomorrow it will be of no use as it has to be refrigerated immediately. Spoke with a lady who says she’s the manager. But they’re completely useless. It was a cold pack and they should’ve seen that hence. We will be asking for a full compensation cost of what we’ve paid. So we will be letting Pet Chemist know not to ever use these people again. Absolutely very poor quality service.

Having had a terrible experience previously with StarTrack (driving claiming attempted delivery multiple times, rudest staff member on phone when rang to follow up, inconvenient time and location for pick up at depot) I would never choose to use this company ever again. However, recently I had a delivery from Telstra via StarTrack (I had no option with their chosen delivery service) and they must have a contract with Australia Post as the parcel was diverted to the post office (after it was unable to be received at my home address) where it was so much easier and convenient to collect than the StarTrack depot and I did not have to deal with any StarTrack personnel. Thank goodness for Australia Post.

Delivered to the wrong address even tho they did not have the authority to leave the parcel without my signature. Thanks to me I saw the truck going to the wrong house otherwise I might have lost 300$

Maybe Startrack should hire people that can read?
Also the phone support is a joke

At this stage i wouldnt use them again. Parcel late, when rang got told different story each time, no one could tell me where my parcel was. Got told it was at sydney at one stage, only to find out it was still in WA. Totally wrecked my 6yr olds birthday

Packages are being received in Adelaide and then languishing at StarTrack's depot at Adelaide Airport for weeks, and weeks, just sitting there, piling up. I think they've just given up entirely.

Incredibly poor service. Overnight delivery paid for and promised, not performed. Even though the item is now only 4 kms away they won't let us pick up from the delivery centre and no one is working to deliver anything. You've now delayed an expensive rural trip we needed this delivery of parts for, and 3 workers are sitting around all weekend onsite costing us thousands of dollars. When time comes to pay your monthly account, i will be dealing with it the same way. Poorly. Taking our business elsewhere in future as I would suggest others do as well.

Great! Picked up shipment on time by pleasant, courteous and careful driver. Most importantly, delivered to Melbourne the next day as promised, all in good condition. Could not be better or more reliable

Worst company ever had a delivery coming checked the tracking number 3 days later said returned spoke to company and they said tried to deliver 3 times no one home Um been home all week plus have camera on the property they lied as they never tried to deliver the parcel will not recommend this company.

An item was sent to me in an overnight bag on Wednesday morning. It's now Friday and there is no way of actually speaking with someone to get an answer on where my package is. I rang the support line and an automated system asked me read out the tracking number and EVERY time it misheard me, mistaking any letter 'P', 'C' or 'B' for an 'E'. I am not illiterate and don't sound like I've had a stroke. After 3 attempts I finally get through to customer service and I am told by this charming automated service that I either wait half an hour or request a callback. So I request a callback. 30 minutes later I get a callback, it's the automated system again. This time he says: "if you are ready to speak to a customer service representative, press 1". Every time I pressed 1 I would be transferred back to the beginning of this same message. "If you are ready to speak to a customer service representative, press 1". *Presses 1* "if you are ready to speak to a customer service representative, press 1". At no point was I transferred to a HUMAN. Out of sheer frustration and a bit of desperation, I kept trying - around 10 times, hoping it would put me through but to no avail. This is absolutely terrible service. If you are going to automate every part of your 'customer service experience' then make sure if works before going live with it. I am running a small business and I need this package today or AT LEAST an answer on where it is. If an overnight bag is sent from NSW to ADL before 12am on Wednesday I should expect it the next day without having to go through this process to begin with. Absolutely terrible service.

Service could be fine don't know never used.
Driver of a company could be more accurate and observant. Driving on one way street, the courier van was driving wrong way towards me and pushing me to reverse or take more to side as he wants to go pass!? What.its one way drive! Was very rude and arrogant (probably on the rush to do deliveries).

They literally could not make it harder to receive a parcel if they tried. Terrible communication. Online system for re-delivery is rubbish and gives you no options. Don't give you any warning when the parcel is coming.

Rubbish customer service. Waited for the delivery all day, couldn't wait any longer, left for the grocery and got a call from the delivery man at 4.50 pm saying that no one at home and I have to rearrange the delivery. It was Friday and apparently their service center and even the depot shuts down at 5pm! So I had to wait till Monday just for a chance to arrange the re-delivery. I am just wondering who deals with them with that way of logistics and service?

Bad customer service. I was hearing some noise outside in the early morning. I went downstairs and opened the door and found the delivery drove the car to leave, and man didn't even knock the door. I asked the man did you knocked the door. He said: "yes, I knocked the door and ringed the bell". That's ridiculous, my house even do not have the ring bell.

Very unprofessional services and I wouldn't trust this company anymore. Consignment didn't arrive as promised time. Booked second date and didn't come again. Called 6 times to follow up still cannot give the exact time that the consignment will be delivered.
Staff always promised will ring back for an update but they never did that. They blamed sender for giving them the wrong address and we have sender provided the consignment note and proved the address was correct. Proof sent to their investigation team and they still cannot come out the solution. They know the consignment is in the warehouse and 5 days already they still cannot manage to deliver the consignment. Very disappointing and how they handle the problems!
