Get email saying will be delivered by end of business so stayed home waiting for delivery to not arrive at all full day wasted like how hard is your job to pick up item from one place and then drive it and drop off to another location for you to stuff things up this much?

Terrible company, I've asked to called me when the driver was at the address and they attempt the delivery 2 times and no one called me and now I'm still waiting to hear where my items is.no one knows anything.if you can avoid them please do

Star Trash express. Service so fast, they don’t even have time to deliver. By far the worst courier around, their drivers love to leave slips in the mailbox without attempting to deliver. Had an innovative delivery failure excuse today. Road has a local traffic only sign so the driver decided he was unable to “access the property”. Did not even need to leave a slip, bravo - what will they think of next

Absolutely terrible. I watched the drivers pull up, stop, then drive away multiple times without getting out of the vehicle. Calling Star track to find out what is going on is Absolutely no help at all. Terrible customer service from the receivers point of view. I've contacted sellers to tell them not to use Star track anymore.

Tragic customer service. Not home when delivered, no notification of delivery received. Had to go next day to pick up from Wingfireld. Goods not at front gate reception. Lined up with others waiting for stuff. Signage is poor for first timers getting to the place. Waited over 20 mins until goods bought to gate. Not good

The ONLY delivery company that despite being home all day, 100% of the time leave a ‘ I missed you’ note. Clearly they dont even try to deliver. This results in a trip to the depot every time. I am sure its a matter of the letter box card is quicker and easier vs enacted the delivery. I have stayed at home when having other things to do to ensure receipt of goods. It makes no difference as they are ‘ missed you’ card operators only.

It's no surprise that alot of the reviews on here are saying the same thing. Terrible service. Was home at the time of the delivery and received card saying they missed me. You're MUCH better off using Australia Post. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

These drivers don't know how to knock on doors to advise that they are delivering an item when people are home waiting for the goods they ordered- this doesn't reflect on the company just that driver

Star Track is the best service in Australia.
They are always on time, and deliver the packages with great care and full responsibility.

Depot located way out of central city area and have to wait 20 mins for someone to find the packages and then wheel them out for you at the gate which is 400m from their storage area. Terrible level of service with clearly no concern for customers and respect to the value of their time. Would not recommend if can chose another courier company in Adelaide. Do better StarTrack.

My experience with Star Track is excellent. I had tiles sent from Melbourne to Adelaide by Aramex Courier. Shocking! Try them - then complain. Not because it's Xmas but because of staff shortages. No notifications of where tiles are at - none! No idea if they even have them. Tile company says they got sent and that's all I know. Do not go Aramex. I have my Xmas goodies through Star Track

I have to give a shout out to the delivery driver Sam M (ID 015) in Adelaide for his wonderful good old fashioned customer care and service today. Sam went out of his way to call the depot and find out where my parcel was and which driver had it onboard and request that that driver drop it off asap. That driver did indeed drop it off within 10 minutes. If it wasn't for Sam and his willingness and helpfulness, I would have been minus an important parcel today. WELL DONE AND THANK YOU AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Ordered a $5 item that cost $15 for Express postage. The item took over 7 days to be delivered then there was a card left in the mailbox at 8: 30pm saying they missed me. I was sitting in my loungeroom all day and all night right next to the front door. No delivery attempt was made, they just dropped the sorry I missed you card in my mailbox and left. When they are so slow with delivery why cant they leave a $5 item on my doorstep absolutely useless. I used Aust Post express delivery at the same time and the item arrived in 2 days. Avoid StarTrack at every opportunity

Had card left in mailbox, went to pick up the item at the depot on the same day to be told it wasn't there. Told usually leave it a day before collecting if you get a card.
Why not put that on the card at least.
20 minute drive there and 20 mins home for nothing.
And another return trip the next day.
Absolutely terrible service.
Can see why they get so many poor reviews.

Absolutely useless service. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Went to warehouse and no staff, only 1 deaf old cleaner. Warehouse completely left open, no security nothing. I could have easily stolen packages. I went to collect my parcel but when I actually spoke to the cleaner she said staff leave for 30 minutes for staff change so obviously star track doesn’t care about your bought items ‍️

After a messed up pick up from my place, due to my printer not printing the barcode to send the parcel, and mised return pickup by contractor i decided to deliver it to Startrack myself owing to it only being around 3 klm from me, on arrival i noticed the parcel area was a bit of a hike from visitors parking and the fact i have a badly smashed heel which isn't healing, i wasn't looking forward to it, but on arrival at the Security hut to show my bona fides, i got a pleasant suprise! The Security officer offered to take my parcel and deliver too the send off bay, and signed my delivery reciept for my personal security, so all in all, even with the initial mishap from myself then the contractor, it turned out to be an easier operation than i thought.

Parcel gets picked up within minutes once booked in the sweet spot between 10am-12pm during a business day.

Whats with the hold music, why would I want a loud clarinet playing in my ear for hours while I'm on hold, its pain inducing!
