Very sad to see that Alex has left. Nobody there seemed to know anything about him. There are quite a few pharmacies in that area but his had by far the best service. There is no real reason to go there anymore.

Ever since the lovely Vicki and Alex left this place it has gone down hill. The service is terrible and there is no care what so ever for customer service.

It's very noble of you Daza to leave a review saying that the new staff here are awesome and give them a go, because I did just that on 3 separate occasions and from my experience, the staff here are rude, unhelpful and as awful as this sounds, they treat customers like they're an inconvenience. The last time I went in for some advice and the pharmacist Tina behaved like I was wasting her time but as soon as another customer walked in with a fist full of scripts she couldn't get away from me quick enough to help the lady with a fist full of $$$. My impression of this place is money over any sort of customer service or advice. So, I tried, multiple times, and now I'm going to a lovely pharmacy where they're happy to see you and nothing is too much trouble. This place is POOR!

I have been a customer of Star Discount Chemist Tranmere for 19 years. Over the years I have seen many changes, including staff, but what remains is an excellent level of customer service at all times by friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating understanding and professional staff. Alex and the team at Tranmere always make me feel like a VIP and I am grateful to have such a wonderful team looking after my prescription and health needs. Thanks and keep up the awesome work.

I’ve been customer of this chemist now for quite a while. It’s the best move I ever made. These staff the work well & truely above & beyond their duty. You treated like a family member there, there’s nothing they won’t answer and if they don’t have a product you want. Alex & will find it & order it in for you.

I had my first covid vaccine done at a doctor's clinic and my second done here with Alex - not only is he a great pharmacist, but as far as vaccinations go, I didn't feel a thing when Alex administered my second covid vaccine. If you have any sort of needle phobia or any pharmacist related concerns, Alex is the person to see.
Visiting this place is like dropping in on family- everyone is very welcoming.

They are much quicker than any other chemist ive been to. The front counter women are friendly and empathetic. And then there's Alex. A truley great person with a huge happy personality, oviously very good at his job. A real family enviroment where u know they all care. And Alex follows the Crows. What more could i want. (dont worry if u dont.all the above still apply,)
