Stay was comfortable. Restaurant has great food options. Staff is super friendly.
What else one look for a nice stay!

Nice room I was impressed how modern with a little style, large room clean and neat look.had a room overlooking the golf course with serene scenery. Pool was refreshing after a long drive, it could use a shade sail though.
Reception were polite, helpful & friendly.
Didn't try the food even though they had room service. Short drive into town I had barnacle bills.

They couldnt have been more helpful. Highly recommend. We had the indian smorgasboard delivered to our room as we arrived!
You can ring and order ahead of arrival. We stayed in the pet friendly room with our two whippets. Food was fabulous. Room good and clean very happy with the experience. They even put on a really early breakfast for those who are travelling through.

I stayed many times. Normally rooms are nice and equipped. But room number 42 stayed today air-conditioning smelled muggy.

. Was travelling for work Room was overlooking golf course clean great. Service in Restaurant was fantastic. I have not in a long time had the service as I had at this Motel and restaurant. It was simply fantastic.x

Didn’t stay here but had a wonderful dinner with a large convention and it was very efficiently catered for-staff was very nice and meals were delicious!

Stay here regularly. Room's always clean. Large room's, comfortable beds, good outlook and great food at their Indian restaurant

Comfortable and well priced. My kids enjoyed a nice bed instead of a night in the camper trailer

Room: Good sized room excellent value for money. Very clean.

Dining: oh my god.best Indian food I have ever had. Not the largest serving sizes but top quality food. Certainly didn't leave hungry mind you. Excellent value for money. Customer service was fantastic.

Overall: This will be our regular stop over spot between Adelaide and Port Lincoln. 5 stars for sure.

Rooms, clean and tidy. Well appointed, reasonably spacious and quiet. Good mattresses and hot showers. Restaurant and staff, pleasant. Meals large, average prices. We will return.

I do love the Standpipe which just gets better and better, have stayed there over 20 years and the dining room always packed, the Indian food is a drawcard especially, not mine but non Indian is lovely also. Many rooms been renovated xxxx

I have only stayed here once, but this would be the best 'motel' I have stayed in. The rooms are renovated and of good quality. The reason I chose this place was for the Indian Restaurant. The restaurant is furnished really well and the food was great with lots of vegetarian options.

Comfortable and modern rooms. Comfortable beds. 24 hour reception, was great, especially as we were traveling by road and did not arrive until after 12am. Check in and out was seamless. Wonderful and friendly staff.

Loved staying here on my way to Wilpena Pound. Staff were lovely and most accommodating Would love to stay there again one day and dine in the restaurant.

Absolutely great restaurant. Indian and Australian cuisine. A1 quality and taste. Well worth a try. Motel is great for accommodation too.

Every time I travel to Port Augusta I always stay at the hotel and reward myself with a meal in their North Indian restaurant. The Thali and butter chicken are dishes I’ve ordered multiple times, will continue to keep going when I visit!

Standpipe Motor Inn is a nice place to stay. It can get really busy. The rooms are getting dated but are comfortable and clean.
The restaurant has a good menu. The curry I found superb and priced well.
I found the staff friendly and welcoming which is nice.

Got to stay here for a work visit. It was highly recommended so I did. I was plesently welcomed by Sherie-Ann who was a great ambassador for the restaurant. She recommended the Standpipe Thali and a pint of 50 lashes. It was amazing. A great combination of flavours and sample dishes! Throughout the dinning experience both Sherie-Ann and young Molly were amazing and thoughtful! Thank you so much for the excellence Experience! 6 stars
