ST Peters BBQ Chickens & Seafood

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! I never complain about food even if it is sub-par, but the AB pack I ordered via uber eats was completely unacceptable. There was a ration of 2/10 meat at best and the chicken was stale and cold.

So disappointed. Supported our local shops and loved the previous owners and their high quality of customer service and food. Have definitely noticed it is difference over the last few years however we still have kept coming back.
Just ordered $10 of hot chips to pick up. Upon getting home, I thought they had genuinely made a mistake as I had originally asked her advice regarding chips size options - the photo speaks for itself… so I called to query the order. The woman was extremely rude and told me to cook it myself then hung up on me before I had a chance to answer!
They just lost another local family customer

We went in to order some food for my daughter. The female owner was more interested in her phone than answering our questions about their menu. She laughed at us when we wanted to know what’s in the burger. We were so upset so we just walked out. We will never go there again.

Absolute terrible service. Admittedly took about 5-10 minutes in the store chatting and deciding on what to get. Owner came out to us and said “are you buying anything or what”. When we said we were just browsing she scoffed at us and walked away and didn’t come back until we had to yell for her attention. Save your money

Overpriced, very average food and extremely rude owner. Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere

Was one of the best F and C shops in the eastern suburbs.just had the worst fish ever.chips were only just a pass

The old owners ran a 5 star service. The new staff have no concept of customer service and serving size/standard fluctuates even within a single meal. Chips were over-salted or with no salt. Inedible. Lost another customer.

Rude service, no smile or hello when I walked in, food is ok but would expect better quality chicken for ' free range ', that's if it really is even free range? , The chicken is a bit dry and salty. I won't be going back.

Nice fish, difficult to see the difference between the large and normal sized butterfingers. Chips were well cooked fluffy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The dim sims had something extra that name them taste really good.

Answered the phone and hung up because order wasn’t big enough, and then over $10 for 4 peoples chips

Whoever answers the phone to take orders needs to be dealt with. Hanging up on customers who don’t order over $10 without explanation and have to call back a handful of times before being told why is unacceptable. New owners are running the place into the ground.

Old owners were fabulous. New owners have no idea. Rude and obnoxious. No consistency serve sizes vary all the time.

I have to say that I've had better steak sandwiches no real flavour plus no salt or pepper. They don't know how to make a true steak sandwich

Sorry to say but this place doesn't have any idea on how to make a decent Steak Sandwich. Steak tough no salt or pepper

BEST chicken schnitzel burger on the east side! The perfect amount of crunch, good fillings and fits in your mouth. Chips are always perfectly crunchy too!

The older lady that works there has been extremely rude to me the only two times I have been there. She behaves impatiently and replies to me with an angry tone. Both times, I had no other customers behind me. So I wasn't slowing a line down. I don't understand why she acts frustrated and impatient towards me. I think she might be racist towards people from an African descent. Today I saw her with another customer, a white older woman and her behaviour was very different. Additionally, the food is very average and I wont be returning there.

Love this place. Beautiful salads and chickens AND.they allow you to bring your own containers!

Disgusting Customer Service, the old owners a few years back were amazing. But the new owners are absolutely horrible. So disrespectful. Won’t be coming back here again

Swing and a miss, chicken was over salted, over cooked, chips were soggy and they tasted like old potatoes. Butterfish was great and well cooked. Overall disappointed as had higher expectations

I get nervous if I Chicken Shop isn't run by an old Italian guy but these girls were absolutely brilliant had a schnitzel pack and it was delicious and the chips were done perfectly.very reasonable prices too well worth dropping in
