Excellent GP surgery. Plenty of parking. Never packed and appointments easily booked online. Reception and GP excellent. Most I have waited is 15 minutes.

The Radio is on too loud at this St Agnes Medical Centre, either the reception turns it down or turns the Radio off this suppose to be a medical centre and not a night club.
My friend is not happy with their service they medical center does not listen probably because they Radio is on too loud and the Doctor doesn't listen either and says it's all excuses it's obvious that she don't care for patients / clients they mental health, that Doctor is negative doesn't care what my friends been going through with her nasty brother in law from NSW come this year 5 times and last year 2 he is very mean to her and makes trouble for her and is trying to ruin her life deliberately. The doctor needs to be more understanding or caring and not blame her for the sugar levels it's been a horrible 2 years for her and she needs a Holiday from everything and not that medical centre and doctor causing inconvenience and unnecessary stress she be better off in a health retreat where it's peaceful and quite and can sleep and rest also medical needs to stop ringing up her husband pH to speak to her in the morning she needs to catch up on sleep and rest

Wait time. You ask someone to turn up early and fill in the relevant paperwork. Then they wait and eventually when they have been waiting for 35 minutes and go to the reception desk, told the doctor is running late and not sure how much longer you will have to wait. If I had arrived that late would of been told sorry missed your appointment and then still charged. Just not good enough.

Long waiting time and boring Radio.
It's about time the medical centre changed their Radio station that modern music is not for everyone had to wait ages for a friend who had an appointment there last week boring and no recent magazines to read while waiting for her, she was also annoyed waiting and waiting for appointment she arrived early for only to have it delayed for an hour, I suggest they have a TV on for those who have to wait, not the Radio, my friend also was annoyed at being told to take her shoes off to be weighed on a machine by the nurses demanding and being bossy.that wrighing machine looks like it's 100 years old and looks grubby and the carpet too, is not clean either, she refuses to take off her shoes carpet looks unhygienic.
Stop ringing up friends husband pH no and recording a message demanding she rings back and 8 am early in the morning people are sleeping it's selfish to do this

St Agnes medical center has no rights to mistreat they patients my friend has a letter on diabetic review appointment sent to her do they expect her to go when its still Summer she wanted a appointment in march not February her brother in law just left last week to go back to Sydney and them on top of it is the stress from all the blackouts and power outage due to sa power networks cutting her power off give my friend a break she had a bad year in 2018 she also has a difficult time with these nasty women in the club and no way she going on insulin she do tablets medication and exercise when its not hot and no blackout.
This suppose to be a medical center and not a disco why is it that they got the radio and music playing loud and in the first place and what is the reason to play music in a room where the test patients out my friend had high blood pressure from the noise they play either through a speaker or the phone system, that room should be quiet and peaceful with no noisy music coming from anywhere and don't see why the nurse had to unfasten my friends bra its not necessary this medical center has high emf readings with all the machines they got on.definitely no health retreat,

I called today to get results of an x-ray. The lady that answered the phone was not friendly or helpful. I was put on hold and cut of several times. Had to keep calling back.on hold for over 10 minutes.all up over an hour half. Still have no idea. I have been going to both surgery s for over ten years. I rarely ring for results. I suppose I will have to go in as zero phone call. All the see is money

My friends use to go to St Agnes Medical center, till Malcolm Turnbull made the health care and medicare too expensive, it cost too much i don't understand why the woman who work there as receptionist keep on giving my friends phone call on their mobile phones, most of my friends can't afford the calls they on a prepaid 365 day a year on $30 and have NO landline phones, people just can't afford it these expenses, and do they expect that one of my friend has an eye check, when her eyes are great, i think they want to make money out of their patients all the medical professors, and knowing that they eye specialist would force the patients to buy expensive glasses that people can't afford it at all, the Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull made everything expensive and people can't afford medical and seeing the doctor and also why don't the receptionist there do text messages on the mobile phones they are heaps cheaper at 30 cent a text message, ph calls cost too much especailly when malcolm turnbul made the people living in australia poor.

Not fair to my friend yesterday when the doctor said she had 5 years left if she didn't do anything with her diabetes, Doctors should respect and be more sensitive and positive with their patients, and not to downgrade them, How would the doctors feel to be treated like that and have to piss in a jar on the same day too, All people have feelings too, whether they are healthy or sick need the same respect and equal rights too
