Really good facilities, the young lady working at reception was so professional and gave such good service and energy, wish more people working with the public would be like this.

Great little local gym and aquatic space. Just stopped I town for the day and it served me well. Having a sauna to wrap up was also a treat.
Thank you to the team for being accommodating to my causal visit.

You feel so welcome coming here. The staff are so amazing they become your friends and they know just how to push you to get the most out of your workout. A wonderful place that has all the facilities you need.

I clearly let them know through email that I want to cancel my membership. Instead of canceling they sent an email with the option of how to help me extend my membership and offering me to sit down and talk. No options about cancellation and not letting me know that I need to go to the gym to sign a cancellation contract.
Obviously thought I am clear enough to cancel and the option of extending is open to me if I want.

After a month I found I they are still charging me and their excuse is that I needed to reply to their email confirming again that I want to cancel my membership. They didn’t refund the money that they charged after my cancellation email.

My previous experience with the Nextgen which is the biggest gym in Adelaide was that they cancelled my membership just with an email notification. As simple as that

Good gym with a really warm pool, 15$ for casual visits which include access to pool and sauna. Good value when visiting Mount gambier and you still want to train

Great spot only heated pool in mount gambier the chlorine is pretty strong tho and it is only a small pool.

Started to go to this gym to do aqua aerobics and was slightly disappointed in the introduction. When I arrived at the front desk I paid my money for my class and wasn't given any information about where to go etc. The class went well though so i'll be back
EDIT. On my second visit things were a bit quieter so I was given a thorough explanation of the gym membership options and inclusions. Was very impressed and have joined up for 12 months to make the most of facilities they have.

Can pay $15 for a day entry which entitles you to all their facilities inc pool, spa, sauna, warm shower, gym + more

Lovely gym with friendly staff. The fact that they have a pool and sauna is a bonus. I've always found their instructors and classes great

I was invited to attend a come and try class from a friend and when I walked into reception neither of the two people behind the counter greeted me.they just stared at me and didn’t say a word even though I approached the counter. Not even a hello. Additionally, I have rang to enquire about membership and Twice I have been told to call back rather than taking my number and getting the membership person to call me.

It was not the service I was expecting. Nor the service I have received in the past (some 5 years ago). The class I attended was good though.

I’m still not a member but it’s not through lack of trying.

Lack of communication in regards to swimming lessons. Very disappointing on many levels with both my children and would not recommend Squashbrook for swimming lessons as very poorly ran.

Simon and the Squashbrook staff did a fantastic job supporting myself and my two colleagues. I am super grateful for flexible, professional service and support given to us yesterday.

Best friendly and family oriented gym you can go to also has a kids club so parents can work out and have time to themselves.

Love coming here! Not only because its an awesome facility, the quality equipment, and the health benefits you get from going here, they have the happiest and friendliest staff you could ask for! Its a great family club, with something to offer everyone!

Love Squashbrook and everything that comes with it! Swimming lessons for the kids are fantastic here and run by Lisa an amazing fun swim teacher! Always lovely people at the front desk to greet you and a fantastic creche for the kids as well with some incredible childcare workers in there keeping each and every kid happy and safe! Our family trips to the gym are always made easy and convenient thanks to the squashbrook team!

I enjoy the classes. We take the kids to the pool and also a kids room so i can work out while the kids play

Awesome place to guide your health journey in the right direction. Reasonably priced. They have a creche which is excellent for new mums/dads wanting to loose that baby fat, and a kids gym session lasting 46 minutes. A heated pool, a sauna (which I'm yet to use) cardio, everything is there. I love going there and personal trainer is helpful too. All staff are friendly, helpful and encouraging. Toilets and showers onsite too. Parking at front and at rear.
