Springbank Medical Centre

New owner of the clinic has ruined such a beautiful place for the doctors and the patience. I have been attending this clinic for 4 years now and with ease and comfort prior to the new owners purchase. Since the new owner has brought it I have missed so many appointments been charged unnecessary fees and have been denied my consultation despite being in the clinic doctor room already to be forced out and my doctor to made to feel she has no control over her clients. Appalling behavior, this is what kills people, unborn babies and elderly. Owners like this fella. Do not attend or waste your time

So disappointed with this drs surgery, booked a double appointment for my mental health (which to me should be dealt with seriously). I think i was in the room for 5 minutes.nothing was done except a mental health care plan which was just copy and pasted from my previous mental health appointment around 2 years ago. I was given a sticky note with psychologist the dr recommends and was told to do it all on my own. I was told i needed medication and never got the prescription. Never will attend this drs surgery ever again.everyone is so rude and pushy always seem to be in a rush.maybe don’t book people back to back all the time so people can be dealt with properly. So angry

Something wrong with phones, get message blurb then cuts out.
Happened several times now.
I thought it was my phone but happened on other phones I tried.
Very frustrating.
When asked why apparently " they don't know anything about it"

Reception doesn’t know how to communicate and have general gestures. Not satisfied and unprofessional.

When it says they are open at 8.30am and the staff don't start turning up till 8.45 and then do not open the doors for over 25mins it just shows the levels of care this medical centre has for thier patients.

Absolutely incompetent. We were told the diagnosis but not given any advice on how to deal with it. We had to contact health direct because it got worse who were able to provide advice. And this is only one of many mistakes made by a dr there.
You can never get into to see a dr and even when you do they are completely incompetent.
The staff don’t care at all and have no bed side manner. This practice has gone down hill.
If I could give 0 stars I would.

Long waits and constantly changing doctors.

Currently an 8 day wait for a 10 minute tele-health appointment. The doctor that I had here was amazing but I think the business as a whole is nothing short of a joke. Needs a change in management ASAP.

We were very happy with the surgery when we started seeing them four years ago, but unfortunately things have gone downhill. Waiting weeks at a time for an appt is just not feasible, and despite claims that there are rotating trainees it takes months to replace anyone leaving.

The only two doctors who have been with the clinic for more than a few months are burnt out, tired, and unable to gather the energy to really engage with patients. It's upsetting, but things aren't getting better, and we will likely have to leave the surgery

Used to go there all the time when Dr Johnathon was there.
Not any more, Dr are always changing, nurse is always late took three goes at taking a blood pressure test, no wonder it is high and I lost 13k, go figure.
Don't waste your time, unless your practically dead, I think then they will still stuff up.

Doctors are always changing, never can get in for an appointment. Terrible service, wouldn't allow us to have a phone appointment as we hadn't been to the surgery in two years.because we can never get in!

Whites road medical centre is only down the road, the service is better, the doctors are better, the waiting room is better.just go there!

Waited over an hour past my original appointment time (why do the have appointment times they can't keep) to see the doctor. After complaining, I ended up seeing another doctor. Admin wasn't that helpful. Useless!

Never use this medical centre they are a joke no duty of care to patients, not a clean medical centre at all.any reviews saying otherwise have come from a friend lying about what the place is like!
Disgusting!

Doctors don't know much and when you get a good one they leave and they don't do well with kids won't be going back there they just want your money and not help

They don't like to tell you when you dr for over 3yr leave and it has happen two time in last 5yrs wont be going back

Amazing caring medical staff. Willing to go one step further to attend to your needs. Medium wait times on weekends. Very impressed.

3 receptionist just talking amongst each other, very unprofessional which didnt bother me but i went there for some blood testing. Asked me to take a number and knock on the door which i did. Asked me to take a seat and waited for over 40 mins and then someone else got another number after me. The lady came out and got him in before me. Whats the point of having protocols, numbers, asking to take seats. I barged into the ladies that were still gossiping at the frobt desk and told thrm and they said 'oh ok'. Plesse be aware other people have busy lives and not to be fked around. Stop wasting people's times!

I had been to doc aufter doc for an issue i had i spoke to Volken and he went above and beond to help his advice helped ease the pain and suffering i had been over a month 2 days aufter i spoke to him i was back to normal i reccomend anyone with an issue to head up there and talk it out no matter how sensative the issue is thanks volken you are a champ
