Springbank Chicken & Seafood

After feeling unwell for the last couple of days, I was feeling better and really looking forward to a steak sandwich. Turns out it was more like a gristly leather sandwich. Very disappointing to say the least.

The young lady who took our order was very friendly, polite and efficient.
We ordered the Hawaiian Pack, which was very well priced. I'm surprised to see a banana fritter as many shops have stopped them. The order was delivered promptly.
The chips were cooked to perfection, nice and crisp. Chicken was very juicy and fresh. Was great value for the money.
Salads looked very appealing and fresh.

Extremely dry, fish tasting chicken. Fishy tasting-jelly for gravy. Oily, over cooked chips. Very over priced.

Great chips, dimmies and nuggets but my piece of 'flake' was full of bones. Which is very odd since sharks dont have bones. These bones were huge so lucky they were easy to find. But I couldn't finish my piece because there were so many and this really ruined my dinner

Ordered chicken & chips … chicken dry and chips really overcooked (were hollow)
I have seen reviews chips were good … wish ours were. This was Saturday 3/6/23 approximately 5.45pm.

Food is always great and the staff are friendly. Never had an issue in the 3 years we’ve been ordering here. Always my go to for hot chips, best in the northern suburbs! Thanks guys!

One of the worst chips i have eaten here.

I have eaten here a long time but not of late but when i did my go to was a hot pack or just chips on its own.

They must have got new owners as the chips are terrible now and definitely not like the ones before where it was big crunchy and fluffy and now its thin and dry and taste like really bad quality.

I will definitely not come back to eat chips here until they get the old ones they used to have.

Never change anything if it aint broken.

Went and got 2 hot dogs one with the lot and one with cheese and sauce the bacon wasn't cooked and asked the girl not to toast the rolls the rolls were toasted chips were over cooked and hard saw staff touch raw food without gloves

Foods good. Place is clean. Even when call in advance have to wait longer than they say. Overcharged $10 when I questioned it was told prices had gone up. Online's prices on the springbank website had not been updated but they wouldn't honor the advertised price.

Good food but extremely poor hygiene (touching uncooked fish and meat then touch other food etc without sanitising or even gloves). Used to be a weekend regular but since ordering in store and not over the phone and witnessing that I’m going elsewhere.

Gr8 chicken and seafood, very tasty and reasonably priced much more affordable than other so called cafes in vicinity of Hanson road

You don't have to pay the surcharge, if you say no the owner agrees, it's not mandatory so say no

Lamb ab was delicious but the hot chicken hot pack was not good. No taste to the chicken or potatoes

Top food top customer service and never waiting for too long even when it's flat out so definitely one of my regular spots to hit when I can't be buggered cooking a feed.

Good luck with the wait time here, I ordered a burger and chips, said the wait time is 10mins and it took them 25mins

I got over priced in the shop, thought it was a bit too expensive got home added what we got up and the lady overcharged me

Really great service again from Charlotte, whenever we come in and she is on she is always polite and friendly. Thank you, Charlotte. Good food, clean shop, quick service and overall good service.

Got food on Friday night only to get home and find that the size of their fish has gotten smaller both flake and whiting which are not cheap also chicken Nuggets where dry the chips just didn't taste as good as in the past not sure why it has changed from last week but I won't be going back anytime soon

Always produce a high standard of food & service. Love the chips - crisp, well seasoned, not hollow. A definite high recommendation

Walked in and felt like they didn't want me there. Rude service from the lady taking my order but I've been told their chips are amazing so I decided to continue.
Well I've had them and they are okay. Ordered chips with extra chicken salt which was not adhered to as there was barely any chicken salt on them at all and the didn't taste like the best chips people talked about. I also grabbed a fruit salad which was okay, nothing special.
Total cost $14.50 was charged $16. $1.50 charge for eftpos is ridiculous.
Will not be back.
